It seriously needs MAJOR renovations! That property has so much potential if someone put the funding behind it to make it really really fabulous. Breakfast was horrendous which sucks because I loveeeeee hotel breakfast so I was heartbroken.

The size of the property from the entrance doesn’t do it justice how huge it is. The elevators were super reliable which is an odd thing to like I suppose but it made me happy to know journey to my room or meeting a taxi on time wasn’t an issue

The room was nice and the hotel is very clean and luxurious but: the internet did not work at all. I called the reception 3 times and they always said that someone was going to fix it but the problem persisted. I also had dinner at the restaurant. The food was okay but the pasta was definetely undercooked. For the cost of the room and the food, these sort of things are just not really acceptable.

A more varied breakfast buffet would be appropriate. The hotel is a bit old for this price-performance ratio. More space in the conference rooms as well as better air conditioning and lunch menu would have been appropriate.The hotel is far from the city center.

The breakfast was okay, but it would have been nice to have more choices for eggs. Also, the room key had some issues with connecting, which was really inconvenient because I had to keep going to the front desk to get it fixed (four times in total during my stay). On top of that, the location of the accommodation wasn't great for getting to Rome's city center. It took a lot of time and money to get there, with transportation costs adding up to at least 20 euros, maybe even more. And it was really difficult to find a taxi to take us to the city center for dinner. But it terms of quality stay it was top notch in comfort and cleanliness.

The room boasted ample space and featured an open bathroom, offering guests a pleasant and expansive environment. Furthermore, the room showcased a delightful view, adding to the overall appeal. Additionally, the air conditioning system proved to be highly effective, ensuring optimal comfort even in the face of scorching temperatures.

Pillows too flat and uncomfortable.pool water temperature uncomfortably cold. Wi-Fi was not good unless in your room .It was practically non existent by the pool.

Good showers.clean rooms any problems resolved immediately.good breakfast.

The room was a bit old-fashioned, water pressure was a bit low (but manageable) in the 7th floor. The distance from city center was a bit difficult at times.

The room was clean, breakfast had a nice selection, lobby is large and there is room for private meetings. Staff was friendly. As a conference venue it was spacious and able to accommodate a large crowd.

A bit of problem with our key card. We booked a day earlier from our group tour. On the second day, our key card stopped working and the same on the third day. Problem was sorted but its often very long queue in the reception.

The room and bathroom are very reasonable size. We also have a very good view of the pool. The beds are comfortable.
