Great location, <15 walk to Termini, we walked to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and took the metro to The Vatican. Clean, daily housekeeping, helpful staff.

The room, with 4 people, did not have enough space for your clothing. Only 2 tiny drawers in night stands and 6 hangers.

Location was amazing, we walked everywhere! The staff were great, our room was cleaned wonderfully each day. The balcony was terrific!!

There was no drawer in the room to put your t-shirts, underwear..etc. We had to keep them in the luggage. There is no breakfast in the hotel, but, you can find around the hotel within 10 minutes walk.

Location of the hotel is in walking distance to the center, old town and main train station. We were upgraded to a bigger room without any price increase. All of the items in the room were in good condition and working without problem. Internet tv and coffee/tea availability in the room free of charge is nice. Taxi station in front of the hotel was very useful especially in rainy days.

-there wasn't enough warm water and the shower didn't work properly -hair dryer is almost unuseful and it takes hours to blow your hair, it was quite annoying -rooms are smaller than on pictures

The only window we had was looking out into the internal lightwell and partially someone else’s balcony. So, when another guest went for a smoke, the smell would go into our room. Also, we had an extra bed in our room from the start, and at one point the cleaners decided to take it away. We didn’t really need it. However, we’ve been using it as an extra shelf, and we didn’t like the cleaners touching/moving around our bags and clothes without giving us any notice.

The location was great. We really liked the area and the building.

No breakfast offered however plenty of options around the hotel, reception is a bit confusing as you need to go third floor, hotel was on the second floor.

We loved our room in this hotel. we had a nice balcony and it was very clean. The reception staff were really nice and the location is great, twenty minutes from main attractions like colosseum so we walked everywhere. Even though our room was on a main road it was still quiet with balcony door closed. They also kept our luggage till check in

The room, at least mine, the window faces a wall, so it had no sunlight or fresh air. Another important factor is the staff, the lovely cleaners left the room spotless every day, however I found the hotel staff uninformed, I don't expect a tourist guide but I found some gaps in the information they provide about Rome.

The room is very spacious,plenty space for your clothes, a large closet, the bathroom is large, the shower is comfortable, the water comes out warm, the bed is quite comfortable and large. The location is the best, just 10 minutes from the Trevi Fountain, and 15 minutes from the Colisseum. There is also a bus that passes by the door of the hotel so as not to be loaded from the station, which is a 20-minute walk away or 8 minutes by bus. Good cleaning service.

We had trouble with the lift so we had to go up to the 5th floor a couple of times. Good thing it was fixed by the time we had to bring down our luggage. Also hope they had multiple switches to control the lighting in the room. It was 1 switch for all the lights.

Modern clean and well maintained. Location was good also. Try to book the rooms with the balcony so worth it! They also had water kettle and espresso machine in the room! We really found the staff helpful with giving restaurants recos and where to go. Very friendly and accommodating.

- The wall is very thin, you can hear others talking and watching TV. - the room furniture is not very good quality and one of our pillows was a bit dusty. One can understand this is a budget hotel - AC was noisy, very thin curtain

This hotel together with other hotels in the same building shares the same reception. Very good location, thick window, elevator is old and slow but working. The hot water took a while to come but it came after 2-5 minutes.
