Lift is very small and stairs are steep.
Location walking distance to sights e.g. Spanish steps and to shopping streets. Lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

Provided photo shown street view but our balcony was overlooking a very small inner courtyard. We struggled to find the reception - the building looks like a town house and the reception is on the second floor. We did not realise this was a boutique hotel - apparently there were 3 boutique hotels in this building...
Beautiful rooms, excellent room service, very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Bathroom was beautiful, lighting really well thought through. Air conditioning was great! A kettle and a coffee machine were provided. Room fridge was very well stocked. The room had a lovely modern look and was very clean. The cleaning ladies were excellent! Access to the centre of Rome was amazing as we could walk everywhere :-)

Everything was great, from the moment you crossed the threshold to the moment you left it. The location of the hotel is great, we were very close to all attraction. The hotel staff very helpful and friendly.
