Convenient location, metro and bus just outside. 30 min walk into Vatican city or old town, nice restaurants nearby, conad shop close by also. Air conditioning was there but we didn't use based on the time of the year we visited (April), shower was nice, comfortable bed

there is an elevator - but we didn't find this out until we had already walked up the 3 flights of stairs.... it was slightly noisy at night (which didn't bother us as one of us sleeps soundly and the other had earplugs but if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs) no breakfast - just instant coffee, tea and biscuits

The location is excellent - easy walking distance to the Colosseum, public transit right outside the door (buses and trams), lots of lovely cafes and restaurants (the coffee shop directly next to the property was perfect for breakfast). The room was large and comfortable, and the bed was comfy. The host spoke very little English but we were able to communicate effectively with gestures and my spanish words - he was very helpful in terms of directions and showing us how things worked. Water pressure in shower was lovely.

Very strategic location! To reach the B& B you can simply take the bus from Termini station and it will drop you off on front of the B&B. Very near to all Rome attraction sights.

The location is so good. Very near to the tram station. Also it’s easy to reach by walk to many nice places.

Location great - close to Trastevere for all the restaurants and bars. Very close to the bus stop. About half an hour to walk into the sights. Host was very friendly and allowed us to store our bags for a couple of days while we went to Florence which was very helpful. She was very accomodating to any requests we had. Nice and quiet, comfortable bed.

The room was clean and the towels were changed everyday, the stuff was helpful and always cheerful. We have stayed for 4 days. The location was good if you walk everything was around 30-40 minutes walk, but also you can take a bus, there was a station in front of the accomodation. Or if you go out on dinner most popular restaurants are 15 minutes walk

Somehow, it was slightly noisy inside the flat, due to thin walls (hearing others). But all good for the price.

Nicely located, friendly host and free coffee & snacks. Host was flexible about the checkin time. The street was not much to jear during the night, the room had everything that was needed.

Had old wooden window joinery that offered little to none sound insulation and the fact that the neighbours started their repairs at 8.00am did not help the situation at all.

Good location in order to explore Trestavere and its restaurants and night life. We did not need to use any public transport in order to explore city centre :) Even though the owner do not speak English, we managed to communicate and they have been very nice!

The accommodation is located on a very busy street, where it lives even during the night. it may bother some. The fridge in the room doesn't work very well. It took almost a day before she started to cool down. The walking distance to the Vatican or the Colosseum is long, about 40 minutes. Be careful if you get a room with an external bathroom. It's a bit uncomfortable.

Nice accommodation, comfortable bed with TV. A big plus is YouTube and Netflix, which made our stay more pleasant. The hosts do not speak English, but you can negotiate with them. they advised us where to go and what to see. They met all our requirements. The bathroom is clean, as is the room. Our room was cleaned every day and we had clean towels. Aircondition in room.

Some restaurant or cafe suggestions in the common room in English would have been helpful. This, and perhaps a map to the nearest grocery. The walls are a bit thin, but this was no problem while sleeping.

The place is very convenient to the train and all the restaurants in Trastevere. The room was cleaned and freshened daily. While the couple does not speak English, we managed to communicate just fine. The workstation was excellent.
