The room was not clean properly The air conditioning did not work so our room under the roof got warm. The courtains did not cover well the windows so it was raeally light and sunny in the morning.

The elevator was tiny and slow. I can't imagine how this works in the main season when the hotel is full. The toilet in the shower is a terrible solution, we did not like that. We could use more storage space and hangers.

The ladies at reception were nice and helpful. We stayed with a dog and they cleaned our room several times upon our request. There is a good selection of food and drinks at breakfast. There was no additional payment for a dog. Also, we appreciate we could keep our bikes in the room. There is enough parking at the hotel for free. Wi-fi was working fine.

Walls are made of paper literally. And when I say that, it really means that they are waaaaay to thin and without any noise insulation. We had a good stay only due to hotel being completely empty due to off season, otherwise it would be really unpleasant since you hear every step when someone walks through hall.

The mattresses were uncomfortable, they were not old or worn, they simply didn't suit us. Television had a bad signal

You cannot book the position at the beach so if someone leaves his stuff all night long, it would be really annoying, especially if you have kids and you prefer the first rows

The first annoying thing was that the hotel was in the near past renovated and they used I would say thinnest possible wall. We heard everything from the room around us. Even worse was that we heard every flush of the toilet (water running through pipes). The second not-that-pleasant experience was that during check-in we received a card with the exact number/identification of sunbeds on the beach. However these " rules" changed during the middle of our stay without any warning or explanation and these cards were no longer valid... So, that means you did not have a guaranteed place on the beach...

The hotel was probably reconstructed in the near past so the bathroom and room were clean and comfortable with modern touch. Also one of the main advantages was a location near a private beach with a reservation card for a sunbed (this changed during our stay, but it was still manageable) and a huge passage in front of the hotel with an enormous amount of shops and restaurants. For that price, I would say it was a good deal, and I will recommend staying here.

Rooms are really small, the hotel in general is quite old but still clean and comfortable. I did not like the key with a heavy key-tag.

Location is on the main street whit many bars, shops and restaurants. Hotel located very close to the sea. Hotel also has 2 parking lots whish are most of the time fully booked. Breakfasts are served well.

- Mandatory leaving of the car keys on the reception if parked on hotel grounds (due to the fact that there is no way of fitting one car per room normally and they'll have to move it if you are away and are blocking other vehicles) - Smoke detector light flashing every ten seconds on the ceiling directly above the bed where your head is - you can hear your neighbours flushing and manipulating window blinds

- Very friendly and helpful staff all round - Plentiful and good quality breakfast buffet for a 3* hotel - Proximity to the beach - Proximity to public transport - Parking included in the price

The only thing is that it is not soundproof, you can hear people talk in other room sometimes. but earplugs solve this problem.

We loved the breakfast, good location(lots of restaurants and shops around), very close to the beach, free bike rentals and all the reception and breakfast staff was very welcoming and friendly-especially Titti was very sweet with us😄
