Our plane was very delayed so we missed our connection to get into the apartment. A little disappointing but it eventually worked out. There is some noise when other occupants of adjoining apartment are opening and closing doors in joint entry space .

The apartment is in a great location - close to cafes, restaurants, the old quarter and public transport. Although close to everything, it is quiet at night. It is clean and modern and a small lift to all floors. Corrado was great to communicate with and gave us lots of good suggestions for places to go.

We were welcome by Corrado who made sure everything was ok and provided us with lots of useful tips (where to it, what to see, etc.). Apartment has convenient location in Marina district. Nice terrace is very useful for warm nights.

Kitchen is small and limited if you plan to cook for yourself but there is no point in Cagliari. Restaurants are reasonably priced and abundant. Go out and explore the culinary adventures of Cagliari.

Very well located with quick access to all the charming activities that the old town of Cagliari has to offer. Corrado was super accommodating, friendly and always available. Having parking so close to the apartment was a real plus. Highly recommend if you have a car.

Very central… Carrado was the most helpful and went out of his way to make sure all our needs were met. We have been travelling thru Italy for 3 weeks and this place was the Best experience so far. Very Clean, bright, well equipped , and a beautiful deck to relax on. We were on the top floor, so I think the suites are a bit bigger/ decks also. Really great shower and very good air conditioning . Very relaxing and enjoyable.😊

The street directions to reach the apartment have changed recently so Google Maps has not picked up on the changes so if you have a car it is challenging. Our wonderful host (Corrado) came to the rescue on his electric bicycle to show us the way to the apartment…many thanks Corrado. The WiFi wasn’t great as it’s a problem with the internet provider and the local area connections.

Great location. Slight uphill walk into the old town streets. Street and private secure parking is close by for a small cost. The apartment is perfect for a couple on a short stay. We were able to do our laundry as there is a washing machine and dryer provided in the office adjoining the apartment building. We stayed on the 4th floor which was really quiet at night and there is a lift that is capable of carrying two people with luggage.

Very central in the Marina district. Quick walk to the train station and bus station to reach the beach areas. Lots of restaurants super close and easy walk to other areas in the city too. Corrado was a great help and had wonderful recommendations and information to share on things to do, places to eat, and excursions. Very available and helpful to answer our questions.
