Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CyprusWe have arrived late in the evening and the receptionist was not really speaking any English. Breakfast was average, i would prefer more freshly made staff rather that packed crackers instead of a toasted bread.
Room was tidy and clean with a river view. Hotel is located in the center of the town. Coffee was also good and the girl working there was really pleasant.

Close to town centre with many bars and restaurants. Nice location next to the river. Good off road parking for our car. Nice breakfast.

ItalyI’m sorry about the staff because they were all so nice, the owner on the other hand talked to us with sufficiency. I would also improve the quality of the breakfast, thankfully it’s included in the price, if it wasn’t I would suggest not to pay for it and go to one of the many amazing bars in Edolo. Our bed was double but our mattress was split in a half so one of us would always “sleep” in the hole between the two. I would advice anyone to ask for a proper double mattress just in case. The room was also a little cold but I’ve been told that there’s no way to make it warmer, there were blankets so it wasn’t that big of a deal.
The room was clean and quiet, the staff was pleasant, the position is nice and the price was good.
