There was something wrong with the bathroom. The floor is sloped towardsthe hallway and after taking a shower - water goes in the room.

Breakfast is what you would expect in a hotel, with very nice coffee. Location is close to metro and tram stations, 20 minutes walk to the central train station.

Location was grate for us: 30 min walk from Train station and Duomo; 5 min from Metro 1, and supermarket. Had very nice district restaurants around. Room was clean and comfortable, having a little fridge in the room was a nice surprise, that allowed us to enjoy fresh drinks

Being British I would have appreciated tea making facilities in the room. Sound proofing - no noise from outside - it is a quiet area but other guests coming in from a party at 02:00 - I suppose it is a risk you take.

It is a simple, well located, inexpensive proper* hotel for independent tourists. Staff particularly good (helped me navigate the inevitable Italian transport strikes). A wide variety of restaurants and cafes nearby. The M1 metro is a very short walk. You'll get used to the air-lock style entrance. *I've had it with AirBnB style "managed-by-a-private-host"

I didn't realize it was across the street from the main hotel, which was ok but I would have liked to have known that when I booked the room. There were no amenities, like water, tea, etc. which would have been nice.

The room was not actually at the hotel, but across the street which was very confusing as they didn't mention it before. There was no parking at the hotel but they gave us directions for another parking which was 700-800m away from the room and cost us another 25€.

The room was very clean. The metro station was 2 minute walk from the hotel and 3 metro stations away from the Duomo.

Although it was a single bedroom, it was too small, and the bathroom was too small (e.i. the shower space was 0.6x0.6 m). It was a bit pricey as it didn't include breakfast or other facilities such as the spa.

The hotel is very well located in a lovely area.

Hotel is a value-for-money and could be recommended for budget travelers. I have been woken up by a garbage truck noise in the early morning but this is an authentic Italian city life and is not the hotel's failure. Honestly I have not noticed any major facts of hotel mismanagement. Probably bathroom cosmetics set could be more complete and diverse. And a free bottle of drinking water in the room could make my stay a little bit more comfortable.

Hotel located at a 23-minute walking distance from the center of the city Duomo Square and at the same distance from Central Railway Station. There are king-size bed, smaller bed for a child, antique wardrobe, small desk and chair in the room. The bathroom is spacious and with a window. Hotel lobby is decorated with a natural marble. Reception staff is welcoming and charming. They kindly printed out boarding passes for me and warned on transport workers strike. Hotel doesn't have a restaurant, just a coffee shop or bar, but there are a lot of establishments nearby.

Booked hotel for sauna and jacuzzi however when we asked to use it the door was locked and reception told us we had to book a time as was turned off and would take an hour to heat up. No information was given on this prior so we weren't able to use.

No kettles in the room, small shower , also giving the key back when leaving the hotel and then need to que to get it if the reception waa busy, not ideal if you are in a rush to get back to your room! Some reception staff may need more training, they made few mistakes with me like didn't charge me correctly upon the check in and gave me wrong receipts upon the check out , not a big deal but to avoid it in the future with others.

Good location close to the metro station only 4 min walking. Nice restaurants in the area. The room is clean a bit dated, comfy bed. Quiet area. Good value for money.
