We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOur room was very small for us. The swimming pool was open for kids from 3pm to 5pm only which I found illogical since a majority of families were there with kids.
The breakfast was great with a variety of food. The hotel location was very convenient to get to the ski lifts. Ski rental was on the premises.

BrazilThe bathroom stall is very small and uncomfortable to take a shower: we stayed there for 7 days and this was definitely a bit uncomfortable. The mattress is made of non-pocket springs and deforms easily (very soft) and this had a slight impact on the comfort of our night's sleep.
The hotel has an excellent location just a block and a half from the Cretaz and Campetto lift: it's not a ski in ski out, but you can go out fully equipped and you'll be on the mountain in ~5 minutes! It is possible to rent all ski equipment at the Rossignol store inside the hotel at a fair price, as well as relax in a dry or steam sauna and then in an enclosed and heated swimming pool after an intense day of activities. To top it off, the breakfast has a good selection of yogurts, breads, salami and eggs and the staff is friendly!

United KingdomSauna wasn't big enough when the hotel was full and everyone went in after the days skiing. This was only an issue Saturday night- the rest of the nights we were there and used it it was absolutely fine. Bathrooms felt a bit dated and had poor ventilation- though functionally everything worked ok and shower was decent. Didnt feel quite as polished as most other 4 star hotels (old lifts, dated staircase etc)- but the bits that mattered were all excellent so this didnt bother me too much.
The staff were all excellent. Particularly Ben- he really looked after us with cappuccinos in the morning, cocktails in the evening and advice and friendly chats throughout our stay. Breakfast was brilliant- huge variety of options from fresh fruit salad to cooked eggs and bacon to a vast array of pastries and cereals, yogurts etc- and best of all an in house Barista at no charge who made the best coffees we found anywhere! Spa area was nice- although does get crowded if hotel is full. Rooms (we had renovated ones) were relatively basic but clean and nicely done up. Beds were comfy. The ski locker room was really well done- individual lockers accessed with your room key card, with direct access to outside. Less than 5mins walk (in ski boots) to the big chair lift.

AustraliaThe walls are quite thin, which is only an issue if you are near noisy guests.
The location - very close to the ski slopes and right in the village. Ski rental and storage - equipment we hired was nearly all brand new, and the lockers are very handy. Staff - all super helpful, especially Ben at the bar and breakfast, as well as the guy who does the ski rentals. The views - we could see the slopes and Matterhorn (Monte Cervino) from our room.
