You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Breakfast is good, the room is small but well-equipped. The location is great, the beach is a few steps, the city center is 15 minutes walk. A supermarket is at the end of the street.

SloveniaThe only negative thing is the noise you could hear from other rooms. The walls are not thick at all, so you could hear all the conversations and noise. Which wasn't really relaxing... In case you are a light sleeper, take your earplugs with you.
Breakfast was excelent. We parked on the street where there is plenty of space. The stuff was very nice and the room was well equiped.

SloveniaThe hotel was not working at all. We booked a room and asked for a parking spot. I have received a message that the property can arrange this for us. However, the hotel was not even open. There was a sign at the locked door that all the guests are moved to another hotel. As they had my number, email, and booking info, I at least expected a notice about that. I think it is extremely unprofessional. We were moved to Hotel Rialto, which was nice though.

SwedenMany dogs in the neighbor rooms, they fight all night. The walls are paper thick. Last night we woke up 01:30 - again - to cry of a vigorous man - he stucked in the elevator, and he panicked, he was rescued after half an hour, we didn't go out of our room to see if he was hurt. My little son coughed at night from the traditional cigarette smoke that came from the neighbor sitting a few centimeters away on the terrace. And we didn't even bother with the fact that the refrigerator didn't work, the bed was completely made up and we rolled into the middle, the toilet moved during use. I do not recommend it to anyone, there are plenty of accommodations in the city that are better than this. We will never come back here.

HungaryThe furnitures, bathroom, restaurant was very old. also the breakfast was very poor, and it included only "poor machine cofee" in the price. when i asked normal cofee, they asked my room number to charge it. Just a dat before in neighbour town Udine, i stayed in a higher class hotel for 20 EUR cheaper where the food was much better, i received as much normal coffee as much i wanted.
the location of the hotel was good and the staff also were kind. but in italy mostly everyone is kind :)

HungaryI had a very bad time in the hotel. Very noisy room, I could not sleep at all. Everything can be heard from the staircase and from the corridor. The breakfast selection is limited. Parking can not be used for normal cars because it is too small and narrow. All in all, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

AustriaBreakfast: not best organized COVID-rules, the personnel has to put you every item on your plate that causes long ques. We reported spoiled Soya milk, but it was not replaced with good one. Noise: very poor sound isolation, you can here ALL noises from rooms around you, noisy AC, noisy from outside. Parking: parking space in the garage is so small, it is an adventure to park off.
Great location, close to the beach, not far from town center, there is SPAR supermarket nearby.
