A nice family-run hotel with a friendly and attentive host. The room was very clean and comfortable with daily housekeeping. The parking was convenient and free. We enjoyed many delicious meals in the cosy restaurant and loved the view of the mountains. Thank you for a lovely, restful stay.

We loved everything about the hotel, the staff were exceptional, so helpful and friendly. Mattia welcomed us as we arrived, and from then on we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. The food excellent. We felt totally relaxed and at home. We would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel and enjoy its wonderful warm atmosphere. Thank you to the whole staff who made our stay so great.

I did not experience any negative situations. My husband even forgot his glasses at the hotel. The hotel owner informed us and arranged for it to be sent by courier.

The interest and concern of the hotel owner was very good. Also, you should definitely have your dinner at the hotel. Anne's pasta is amazing. I think it was the best pasta I've ever eaten in my life. Thank you very much for everything, hope to see you again. :)

Everything. Proper family-run hotel, taking care to do everything right and making a very good job of it. Very comfortable, very clean, personable hosts, and the best pasta dish I’ve had in three weeks touring all over Italy - so good I had it twice!

They were really nice to us, and we understand each other very quick. The rooms are comfortable, and nice, we got new towel every day, the view was amazing, and they have shutter which was a plus point. The breakfast was also really good:) Mattia is really kind and funny guy, he is the best host ever. We celebrate my best friend's birthday there, and they make for us suprise cake to my request. The home made pasta was wery delicious, and the wine also. The lake is 2 min from the hotel, this part of the lake is very calm, you can drink an aperol. We always have parking place next to the hotel. If you are not a morning person, you should bring earplug for yourself, because there is a church that often rings the bell.

Honestly nothing.

We had a lovely weekend trip at lake Como. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. Mama's cooking is highly recommended for dinner! The rooms were well maintained, very clean and comfortable. Every room had a comprehensive tour book with all relevant and up-to-date information for any short or longer trips, how to get back and forth and also some insider tips. The whole hotel is furnished and painted cozy and relaxing. It's Handy to have a car as there are many towns and destinations to approach. There's plenty of parking spots in front of the hotel. The lake is 2 min away by foot and you have a nice view of it from the hotel's dining room.

All was perfect: location just at the lake, with beautifull views to the mountains, delicious breakfasts and dinners, great hospitality and support provided by owners (thank you Matthia), comfortable and well equipped rooms. The only issue could be church bells ringing that can make you wake up early but on the other side you have more time to admire beautiful views around

It's a family run hotel with all their members doing their job wholeheartedly. The owner is a very kind and caring (and a lot of fun too!), always helpful giving advice where to go and what to do. The restaurant is amazing too with delicious meals and desserts. In my opinion it's the best place to stay in Como Lake, it's very easy to get around unlike other touristy crowded places, at the same time close enough to the getaway to beautiful scenic drives in north (Berninapass, Silvaplana, St Moritz). Shame there's only ten stars to give.

The owners were really friendly and approachable. Mattia went out of his way to help us and speaks many languages very well. The food in the restaurant was delicious and homemade and we ate there every evening. Highly recommend.
