Location not the best

Clean, breakfast fabulous and free bicycles

The first room we went into the a/c didn’t work, but as soon as I mentioned this to the person at the front desk they gave me another room and the a/c worked well in this one.

Beach was clean and well staffed. Breakfast was very good with fresh food and a good variety. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was also very clean and had a nice bathroom.

Very little negative about the hotel. The shower curtain took effort to close and water didn't drain quick enough. Could be improved with a mini-fridge in the room and a small table on the balcony. A drying rail would also be advantageous.

Everything was superb. Near to beach, restaurants and shops. Area was quite and chilled.

I was a bit surprised, when after double checking for 2 times whether parking is reserved for us and getting the confirmation, it turned out that it was not. We barely found a place to park on the parking lot (as not only residents of the hotel park there)

I liked the location of the hotel, very close to the beach and there are restaurants nearby. The room was clean, breakfast was diverse and tasty. Also a big advantage is that they have a reasonable price to enter a private beach (with umbrella and beds). Generally, good value for money

1. Our bathroom door didn't have a lock. 2. We stayed 8 nights, so we would prefer more varied breakfast menu.

There’s only one elevator that is a little busy especially when room cleaning is in process in the morning and they use it to go around, so it might take a little longer to get to your room if it’s on a higher floor.

We liked that the rooms were renovated (only doors and closet are older but that didn’t bother us at all), we had a nice balcony what was useful for beach stuff storage and late evening drinks. Beach was only a short walk from the hotel and we even had free bicycles at the property to drive around whenever we wanted. Staff was very nice and always helpful and we also enjoyed breakfast that had everything we wished for.

Everything was great, but a small fridge in the room wouldn't be a bad idea.

The hotel is located in a quiet street, the private parking is available only 1minute walk. The hotel offers access to the beach with half priced sunbeds and umbrellas. The breakfast has a wide variety choice, from sweet to sour, even my gluten free request was fully fulfilled! Not just simple biscuits. The room is clean, the single beds are comfortable but quiet small for people who like space. Highly recommended! Thank you staff!

The clothes dryer and the fridge were missing from the room, but the fridge may not be typical in this region.

Bad sound isolation of the room, too noisy in the morning. In the restaurant, there is no menu in English with indication of prices. The portions are very small and expensive.

There was only one EU wall socket to charge the laptop. In the bathroom!

Good hotel, very close to the beach. Private parking area in 5 minutes walk. You can buy sunbeds and umbrella with discount on the reception. Bikes free to use. There is a bar with beer, coffee and ice cream.

No real bad points - everything was at least ok. I would improve two things: * wifi could be better - connection was lost sometimes. * a fridge in the room would be good idea

* good location * own free parking place (2 minutes walk from hotel) * friendly personnell * as for Italy - good breakfast (Italian breakfas is usually cookie and coffie, here was some more) * efficient air conditioning: hell outside, nice cool in the room

Missing vegetables for breakfast and the air conditioning was not blowing cold air.

Very kind and helpful staff, we had a small problem with our room and they changed it immediately and even gave us a bigger one. The hotel has a nice terrace and a bar and it is very close to a very nice beach. We received discounts from the hotel for the beach umbrella and sunbeds. Big parking, behind the hotel.

The beds are hard and not comfortable at all. Breakfast was very poor and low quality, we stayed 3 days and we had no vegetables at all for breakfast. Only one sort of cheese, salami, ham and bread available. There was a simple omlett every day which tasted like nothing, I don‘t think that there were real eggs inside.

The hotel si quiet and close to the beach, personnel friendly.

The best place to stay near Venice!!! The reception is prepared for every enquiry their have information about how to reach Venice and their service is excellent... Parking free for your vehicle overnight!!! Best value for money
