Had room on fifth floor...elevator only went for 4.was not an entire flight from four to five, but we are older and it was awkward, as well as tired. Also we both use cpaps, nowhere to put 2nd cpap. Not your fault, but we were bothered at our tables by people trying to sell us stuff or putting things on our table...I know that trick having been to Italy several times. They were just annoying.

property was clean. bed comfortable. room enough for luggage. close enough to Termini to walk with or without luggage. Neighborhood had good restaurants. Walkable.

The bathroom is not very nìce, mouldy, not so clean, no sliding doors in the shower, blocked lavatory and lacking essentials. Too many people on only two showers. For this reason, I think the price was too high- 1300€ for three nights for a family of four. The hygiene is rather important and they failed in this regard.

The rooms are spacious with high ceilings, they are light and beds were really comfortable. The location is great, just a 5 min walk from Termini station. There are many restaurants around and it's very lively in the evening. The staff were nice and frìendly.

Our door to our room was hard to open and close. You had to slam it shut and force it open. That needs repairing. The bathrooms are old and tired looking with broken tiles. Granted they were cleaned everyday but still were a bit smelly. The shower head was broken and you had to hold the shower by hand as the wall attachment was broken.

It was very basic and we felt it was overpriced compared to what we have had over our 4 month trip around europe. Our bedroom was clean and comfortable with a TV and airconditioning unit. The hotel manager was friendly. It is only 5 minute walk to the train station and has a lift so they are positives.

Very small room. No internet. Not a room to stay in to do some work. 5th floor hotel in building that was split into multiple hotels - 1 to 2 on each of the upper floors.

Needed a good refurbishment. There was some rare knocking sound down the hall at 2am in the morning lasting around an hour, it had worked us and our neighbours. The lift was old fashioned and we couldn’t work it, ended up walking up the 5 floors each time.

Good location. Decent place for the money paid. Air con worked wonders.

The hotel requested confirmation of the arrival time, but did not respected it upon arrival. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and smelled funny. The TV had no signal on a lot of channels listed. The provided kettle in the common area did not have any tea or coffee available for the guests. No cups either.

The reception staff friendly. The beds were comfortable and the sheets clean.

The toilet was not for single family, is for about 10 to 15 people that also book there, Even when I got there, there was nobody in the office, me and my family was so tired, looking for someone to attend to us, the staff was not really friendly.

The bathroom was really cold and dirty and the window did not close so it was even colder The air conditioner in the room didn’t work properly.

The bathrooms stunk like a dirty drain and the shower head was not connected to the wall. The staff had kept them clean though.

It was nice and close to The Rome Termini Train Station, and the staff were very friendly, and gave us good advice about how to best see the sites of Rome.

We were moved to another room with only one bed(a family of three people) and much smaller on the second day. But next day we were moved back(after complaints and arguing! ) to bigger room. Anyway these moves in the hotel between different room were unpleasant

Noisy area, I kept falling into the hole between the two beds at night, the pillows were hard and the shower only had two settings - cold or boiling - so I couldn't wash my hair even. Also no towels.

The host was very friendly and the lift worked for luggage.

Please remember to book a private bathroom for your reservation if you don’t want to share a bathroom with other 20+ people. The internet was down most of the time so make sure you have 4G

The location of the hotel is really near the train station which is a plus since we can easily move around the city.

The wifi was dodgy. The staff were rude when we had a query. The shower hadn’t been cleaned and the shower heads didn’t attach to the wall anymore. Generally underprepared.

The room was big and the beds were comfy. The air con worked very well. The location was close to the train station (about 5 mins walk) and close to the city centre (about 20 mins)

The place has great potential ,just need to paint the walls and change the furniture.If some refurbishment is done I will come back.

The location was great ,the staff was friendly. Unfortunately Booking messed up with our stay because we originally booked another hotel ,the stay was cancelled three days before our trip and the prices were super high.Booking found us Eurorooms but we are disappointed as we wanted to stay in the hotel we originally booked.Regardless ,at Eurorooms you will feel ok for just a few days.
