The place was a little hard to find but I'm sure if I phoned them I would have found it straight away that would be my only complaint but even that's not much of one.

The receptionist had very poor command of English, if it weren't for my basic knowledge of Italian, I don't know how we would have understood each other. First unpleasant moment was when I got the e-mail via Booking.com just a day before arrival, where they insisted that I confirm the exact time of arrival, although I did it already. I also got the reminder that I should pay our stay at the venue in cash on the spot, although everything (except the city tax) was already paid by CC. Obviously, it was a misunderstanding, but unnecessary when you answering while packing and preparing for a trip. Next day I got the new e-mail message that the intercom might not be in order (luckily it was working), together with the access code for the main door, and all that just a few hours before arrival, when we were already on a way from the airport, without any idea that I should check my e-mail (I had data roaming switched off). The reception was said to be closed after 9PM, but in fact it was closed the whole afternoon (maybe because it was Sunday?), so in case of any problem the only option was to send the message on WhatsApp. The room was advertised with the mini-bar/fridge option, but in reality it was unplugged, and I didn't have the motivation to fiddle with it for just one night. Everything else was OK, I understand that lower price means some lower levels of comfort. BTW, the bathroom was adequate and the Wi-Fi reception was good.

We had to come to Rome 1 day earlier because the airline carrier changed the flight date. The original hotel raised the prices significantly compared to the time I made the reservation, so we opted for something cheaper for 1 extra day. I can't say I'm disappointed, concerning the price difference, but I wasn't excited either. The room was small and ascetically furnished, but clean so I guess it was OK for the money we spent. The venue is stretching through one floor on old building, probably it was a spacious flat, rearranged as a boutique hotel with several rooms. The heating in the winter months is provided with air conditioner, as in most other hotels in Rome.

Door buzzer was broken, so make sure you get in touch beforehand if you can’t call, so you can get into the building.

The location was excellent, very near the rail terminal. It was very clean, updated, and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

There were a couple of drawbacks that made my stay less comfortable: 1. The room's floor was completely tiled and cold, with no floor heating or slippers provided. 2. The bathroom was too damp. The towels didn't dry properly because the ventilation only worked with the lights on. Plus, the hotel has a rule to change towels only every three days.

Great hotel location and you can check in from 12 AM. Very useful. The staff are really friendly.

Great place. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious enough. The bed was comfortable and it had all the necessities. Laura was very welcoming and helped us plan our trip, by recommending restaurants and informing us about the transportation system. The hotel is located close to the train station and the metro station. Also, it is near supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy. We were given the option to leave our luggage even after check-out. I highly recommend it.

It's a converted apartment in an apartment building so can be a little difficult to locate it the first time you go. Room is fine for the price but quite basic and thin walls - again, no problem as long as you know what to expect.

Stairs ! They did have an elevator, and there weren’t a lot of stairs, but you do have to go upstairs to get to the elevator and then you have to go upstairs to get to the rooms

The location was really close to the train station which was nice. We took metro most places and the bus for sightseeing. Great location the AC worked great it was rather small but we were only there for tonight so it was perfect.

Accommodation right next to the main transport hub of the main train station Termini, absolutely perfect for a tourist couple. Very nice staff, willing to arrange anything, such as ordering a taxi, tips for a trip, check-out outside normal hours. One room with a bathroom was ordered, very clean, cleaned every day.

The staff didn’t provide code beforehand and not speak precisely when I called on phone. The other thing is that cleaning staff have issues or what. I still couldn’t figure out if the cleaner has beef with me because my bag on the chair had always been squashed and bed sheet was turned to back side everyday I went back. My toothbrush and etc were always moved after her clean. These things are freaking weird……

The owner staff was kind enough to offer help when i got back from a extremely horrible raining afternoon so I promised to rate 9
