How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Kids pool was realy cool. For adult the pool was overcrowded. Aircondition in house was sooo good. And everything was ok.

The location is very remote, there is nothing around it. No other supermarkts or restaurants. The check out has to be at 10 a.m. - this is way too early. And there is no tolerance even when you arrived late. We were still waking up around 10 and the staff was already banging at the door to get us out and get the bed sheets. The Mini Market was almost empty, no much variety or food.
We drove in very late but have checked online so the check in process was very fast and easy - the security was waiting for us and gave us the key. The bungalow in good size,very clean and there were enough towels. The Kitchen was well equipped. The grounds are nice in a Forrest so there is enough shade. They have kids club, fitness and pool good for children and there are enough sunbeds.

The first cabin was infested with spiders, so we had to move. At the restaurant, the food took over an hour to get to our table. The road to get there is bumpy and narrow except for the last part.
Lots of activities and lots of people staying, nice to make some new friends. The show at night close to the restaurant was enjoyable mostly by the kids.

That the wifi was only in the central area. In our bungalow there was not at all. Food super expensive.
It's a very welcoming place for children. Beautiful nature. Nice swimming pool for children. Very good stuff.

In one shower ONLY hot Water flows And gas stove did not work. I believe, that personel would fix IT, but we was there only two days.. :)

The bungalow had very low to no internet connection and even my phone had low signal.
The bungalow was clean. Good affordable place especially for families. The staff was friendly. Also, has a nice football field.

I didn't like Nothing about it. Also pool was closed already for the season and it does not mention that when you are booking. Floors were sooo dirty like if it hasn't been cleaned in months and a lot of cobwebs everywhere in the room and restaurant And also a huge bee inside the room.

the rooms were not the cleanest. location was in they country so no cellular reception

Perfect pool for kids. Active animators. Market at the villege. Comic situation- while we were chilling in the neighbour house, came fox and steel one of my sport shoe from front of our house...please do not leave your stuff outside.(this is positive thing, becase this will be story for long time and children will never forget it)

The only thing i was disappointed with is that the minimarket was closed the whole time we've been there and the staffs of the village could'nt give us information about it coz they said it was not under their management.
The location is perfect.The staffs are nice.The place is clean.My 6 year old son really enjoyed our stay,he made lots of friends and wanna come back soon.The bungalow is very comfortable and clean,complete with kitchenware.It was perfect!

Nothing in particular. The facilities don’t have kettles though and it was a bit dirty. But nothing too horrible.
All staff members were exceptionally helpful and friendly, all spoke decent English. There’s plenty of things to do on the property, but even if you get bored the center of Rome is just 30-40 minutes away.
