The house facilities were old, the heater did not work and there were not enough electric plugs. Bathroom & floor cleanness could do better. The mattresses and bathroom facilities were really old.

The location was great, easy to find and close to the train station and towards the centre. Clean bed sheets and towels. Great support, the contact person did come twice to help out when I could not use the door key.

Bathroom and kitchen were in awful conditions, dirty. The gascooker was not functioning, in the taps water was with rust.

The room was supposed to have air conditioning- it didn’t. There were no hangers in the closet. There was no bathroom floor mat and floor was dangerously slippery. There were not enough towels and bed was not made the second day I got and no fresh towels

Been long time since some maintenance have been done. Room isn’t suitable for 4 people max 2. We were told we will have shared bathroom but somehow we got the one with private bathroom which I’m thankful for. Overall it wasn’t that bad 3/10. The main thing is that room isn’t for 4 people

This place need a big renovation. When someone will book this place, make sure that owner will give you correct key from main door, becouse at least for us it was not opening and we waited couple of hours next to door when someone opened.....

Uncomfortable beds, worst pillow I ever slept. Too much noise from other renters, if someone arrive late in the night, they will wake up everyone in the room. Badroom not well finished, shower rally bad and small.

The bathroom conditions is the WORT, is TERRIBLE. Wet and sleepy all day and EXTREMELY DANDEROUS for every body, them the shower is nasty full water when you are taking bath. THE WALLS ARE FULL BLACK MOHO THA YOU CAN GET FUNGUS EASILY IN YOUR FEET. JUST ONE TOWEL FOR ALL THE TIME AND ALL APPLICATIONS. HE NEVER CHANGED TOWELS AND BEDDING. THE ROOM HAS A CLOSET BUT WITHOUT HANGERS.

the place position is very good. Hi is very polite person. THE LOBBY PLACE SMELL VERY GOOD ALL THE TIME. The main entrance floor and lobby too was clean all the time.

The fact that it wasn't really that clean and that the TV worked but the staff didn't even have the controller for that. The air conditioner didn't work and it was impossible to close the door without locking it and the window was a bit open even thought we couldn't close it more.

They gave us wrong room - not the one we booked. We booked triple room with 2 seperate beds but they gave us a small room with one bed. It was a big disappointment. After a big discuss we got explained that the room we booked is not available. But at least they gave us another room - still with one bed but it was better than first one.

The key that they gave me didn't open the door , i called the manager but he denied and he said "IT MUST OPEN" , i resist on the fact that we dont have key and we come back after midnight! So we spend onebday out of our room! Two of the beds (out of 4) didnt have any blankets or covers for sleeping. It was written we gonna have kettle but we didn't, next day they brought us a kettle witch wasn't working🤷🏻‍♀️

The location was perfect for us, super close to termini station so we could easily go around the city and come back late nights! The price was ok for the timing of our travel witch was kind of high season.

The whole property, but especially the bathroom and facilities, were extremely poorly maintained and very unclean. There was lots of mould on the bathroom ceiling, the bedroom had sockets and wires coming out of the wall, and the general atmosphere wasn’t comfortable at all. The walls were very thin as all night, you could hear people coming in and out, talking, pipes banging. For me, when looking for a hotel/place to stay abroad, I have low standards - as long as it’s safe, clean, and has the basics of what you need, then it’s okay. This unfortunately did not reach those low standards.

We stayed at Fanti Homes from Friday 3 th May until Thursday 9 th May. Unfortunately it was not a spectacular stay at all. When we arrived, the address information was incorrect. The worker finds us, and shows us the right way. He was not very understandable in his English. When we came to our room again, it looked good enough at first, but it did not look like any of the pictures from booking.com. He commanded the local taxes at arrival, which were 84 euros. After this we have checked in. We look closer at the room and bathroom. We sadly find A LOT of mould at the window and several places in the bathroom. The linned and towels were dirty. The bed frame was dirty. The floor was sticky and dirty, and the door handle on the main door was loose. And we couldn’t lock the bathroom door. Tuesday night there was no hot water, only ice cold. We called booking.com in the morning after and they contacted Fanti homes for any refund or compensation. After one day, booking.com contacted us again, and says that Fanti homes refuse to do so. We contacted booking.com again after some days for help, but they could not do anything at this point. They told us, that we shouldn’t have checked in at first. So we don’t recommend this place..

The room smelled terribly when we first walked in, I told the guy who gave me the keys that it smelled weird, but he just brushed it off. We thought that perhaps the preview guests were smelly and hoped the smell would be gone if we opened the windows and let it refresh. We looked around and found the MANY sources of the smell, it was mold, lots of it. On the walls, around the window, and near the shower there is a lot of mold spreading down, I will provide pictures of this The shower was a mess, it doesn’t close because the doors are quite literally broken, so lots of water ends up on the bathroom floor making a mess, we had to keep putting napkins around it in order to not slip and potentially get injured The bedsheets smelled bad too and the towels were badly washed so of course we didn’t use them. The mold was giving me lots of allergies and made it very uncomfortable to sleep to we would wake up restless. One of our mornings, we heard someone stabbing the window, I slowly opened the curtain and it was a woman with a knife trying to open it. I immediately knocked on the window to scare her off and she just ran away. I immediately contacted the property about this incident and asked if we could get another room without mold and somewhere safer. But we got no response at all. The other guests in this accommodation were obnoxiously loud very late at night, they would clearly come back drunk , they were literally yelling and laughing and just talking for hours as if it was broad daylight, it made it very hard to sleep and made us feel unsafe

The place was horrible. I have booked more than 100 stays with Booking.com, but It was the first time that Booking.com did not provide the excellent service that we are used to. My daughter was told that they would contact the property to move us, whereafter we had to listen to a screaming match between the staff. We also did not receive any follow-up call after explicitly saying the place was horrible ☹️☹️
