- the heat thing is "interesting": first of all, the issue, is somehow specified at the bottom of the page and not at the general description. Second of all we understood the heating costs, but it would still be preferable that when you enter the location to find a decent temperature (in our case it was somewhere around 12°C ). Third of all it would be preferable to see a meter at the entrance, so that you can have an input and monitor the consumption, respectively the cost. In our case we paid 20€ for 2 nights, and between them we called the owners to find out an intermediate consumption.

The views from the Fattoria are exceptional; the vineyards, olive trees and many other trees. The area of the pool was also beautiful although it was too cold to use it in the beginning of April. The Wine tasting was a great experience (thanks to Monica) since the wine was very good. Would highly recommend it to everyone.

The rooms are older - match the location so, but for someone could be the bathroom negative. The poll is in winery - like 10 min walk from our room. We knew that and with the surrounding view wasn't any issue of us.

Great village. Nice pool. Great owner and her friendly dogs. The vinery is really impressive, wine good. Rooms had everything what is important - fits in the location. Received the babybed for our daughter for free - that was pleasant. Perfect for people with small kids. 2 really nice restaurants with top view.

It more like what would've been good to have when you are traveling with kids. A good playground for example. At least one small bottle or can of own olive oil as complimentary and welcoming water bottles (small if need be). A state of the art wash machine for guests... What I didn't like is the poor wifi connection. That needs improvement.

Well positioned 4 persons accommodation with a great view and two good options to have dinner in walking distance. Well equiped kitchen, comfortable spacious bedrooms and clean bathroom. Monica as a host was responsive, kind and helpfull.

The location is second to none, allowing for excursions to Tuscan sights and beyond. Monica and colleagues were delightful and very helpful. The property was perfect for a family of four, self contained and clean, and the swimming pool, at the farm some 400m away, was always clean and restful.

There was not even a bottle of drinking water in the fridge for us. Nothing extra to make you feel welcomed.

The best thing was the location and the views. My friend liked the pool but for me there was too many steps downhill. The local restaurants were enjoyable (you need to have a booking).

A great agrotourism country accomodation in Montespertoli. It has a great restaraunt in the area in 2minutes. Near at 5minutes there is a great playground for kids with playground and nice food. Suitable for country holidays. Florence is 30minutes away.

if you choose a room in a separate part (600m from the farm), breakfast is not included and you must probably add in the note that you want it when booking. The day before is late.

Nice place near Firenze. 30 min. by car. We had reservation for part of Poggio, which is near Fattoria(600 m). Appartment was clean and with aircondition and for cool price. Around our appartment were two restaurants, but you have to do reservation. No problem, in one of these you can take away pizza for dinner. If you want, you can buy wine from fattoria Poggio Caponni.

This was our favourite place during our visit to Tuscany. The farm is simply stunning and one of the most romantic and quaint places you'll visit with stunning scenery, lovely hosts and nature to keep you company. It would be such a shame to visit Florence and not visit here. The hosts were wonderful, we loved the wine tasting and tour of the cellars and can't wait to visit again some day. Would 100% recommend.
