Couldn't get TV to work, no wifi and not given much information on arrival how to get about and things to do

It is amazing place to rest. Beautiful garden, place to play tennis/ping pong and swim. Apartament was cozy and quiet big. Just perfect place for vacation. Breakfast very good. We highly recommended

Not much to do with Fattoria, Only stuff for others to know. Kitchen more of a kitchenette, if with 6 adults one shower is over bath so could get annoying but we are a family so no issues. Need a car to get to places really. We loved the unspoilt beaches of the National park but not a fan of beach club beaches which is the majority of Italian beaches.

Spacious and immaculately kept, friendly and helpful staff, pool lovely and enough sun loungers. Calm environment. 20 minutes mins from marina di albarese. Close to supermarket and shops and seaside resorts. Love that there is a tuesday event at the restaurant and disco.

Good beds, very clean overall, brill pool, helpful staff. We had a lovely meal one evening in the onsite restaurant. We had only minor issues with mosquitoes during our stay - Late august.

Perfect location to relax with family. We had a wonderful time (mid-june), location is quiet, with an own restaurant, near (with car) to supermarket and Grossetto, 15mins to beach.

We had really good time at San Lorenzo, the apartments were clean, spacious and comfortable, food was good, and you always have a choice to cook at home if you want. Children loved the pool and leisure area. I would definitely recommend it for families for nice and relaxing stay.

Very little. Only to say a little dated. A chopping board would have been good and a blackout blind for the velux window but that's all.

Staff amazing. So friendly and helpful. Location perfect for pool, walk to main site restaurant, supermarket and wonderful towns and beaches. Space for children to be outdoors is brilliant. Food and service at restaurant is first class.

the room is old, beds not comfortable there was an event underneath our window, but we could not close the window as the air condition did not work

Air condition did not work. It was a bit cold outside, and we left the air condition to warm up the room, but when we returned, it was even colder. A guy from the restaurant helped us to heat the room with turning up the gas heating, so finally we solved the problem, but this should be checked before. Also, the cooking plate did not work because we did not know that you should set the fuse setting from 0 to 1 if you needed the fridge to work or to 2 for the cooking. How should we know that? And even after that, the cooking was not possible as the cooking pots were not suitable for the induction plate. We solved all of this but there was always something and that left a bit of bad taste. Be aware that sound isolation between the apartments is poor.

Clean, nice pool. Quiet location. Waited for us a few minutes because we were late.

wWe didn’t have a car so transport to town was difficult, no buses within walking distance, taxis also difficult. However, staff were helpful in this regard when we asked for lifts, strongly recommend having a car. Property also a bit overpriced.

Apartment was comfortable for our family stay, Swimming pool was great, Air conditioning was great, Tennis court was great, barbecue was great. Restuarant nice but would have liked wider menu choice, suggest adding pizza!
