Beautiful hotel with wooden smell in apartment) The staff is sooo hospital! Helped me with all my questions. The road to hotel is very beautiful and breakfast was with picturesque view.

No good for strolling with the dog, or just walking after the meals, roads and paths are very steep. One needs a car for sure for any activities. Ski slopes are 5 km away, a 8-minute drive by car.

Very nice panoramic view over Brixen and the mountains. Clean, neat, well run hotel. Food is very good in general. Plose ski area is fantastic for a long weekend, the slopes and the panorama are breathtaking.

This is probably my favorite hotel in Northern Italy! Everything was perfect, from the front desk staff to the gigantic room. My bed was the best of all times, breakfast was really awesome! I loved everything about it!

Great deal for Plose skiers (it's about 8 minutes by car). Both the room and the whole hotel was very clean and cozy, the staff was super friendly and the breakfast was very good. We will gladly come back. :)

location. to be clear, if you are doing ski, the location is good, as there is ski bus to Plose ski resort, 15 minutes drive. however if you are going to Brixen town for exchange to other towns, it could be painful as you probably have one choices only: take bus 322 which unfortunately only depart at 8:20am and 12:40pm from the hotel and 17:20 and 19:40 from town center, and single trip is about 40min and it is very curved mountain road, so be prepared for potential dizziness

absolutely a quality hotel, everything inside the hotel is well designed and well made. I especially loved all those furnitures made out of local pine trees, they are eco and beautiful. the breakfast is wonderful as well. this hotel shows you South Tyrol people’s attitude to life, I loved it!

Didn’t have fridge in the room. People at reception didn’t seem very helpful and didn’t explain anything. We had to keep asking for everything and had to find out (pool, timetables, breakfast) by ourselves. It felt a bit as if we weren’t welcomed. The hotel is very very nice but this was our impression.

Small selection of dishes and really limited meal times. Cleanliness in some parts of the bedroom (e.g. bath) could be better, also in the pool area (some of the facilities were so dirty it was difficult to tell if they were working or not; no instructions for bathtub/sauna). No pastries variety in breakfast (and sometimes they don't refill them). We were in a car so it didn't matter to us, but it is a difficult place to reach.

The view from a front-facing room was breath taking. Staff was really gentle. Good breakfast, good dinner.

Bedroom was cold, and we had to ask for extra blankets, the walls paper thin so we could hear guests in the neighbouring room using their bathroom facilities.

Lovely, quiet location offering outstanding views. Enjoyed use of the outdoor pool and sauna after a long day hiking in the mountains. Restaurant staff were lovely.

The person at the reception was pretty rude and unfriendly. Seemed like everything was too much and didn’t give us any information about our stay nor about the region. Shower didnt have hot water and when I talked about this, he just went outside without telling us where he went or anything. Issue was fixed though. Wont’t be coming back.

Hotel is a bit old but rooms are renovated and great. Restaurant menu is a bit limited. Hotel is a bit remote from village.

Nice large rooms with balcony with view. Dogs allowed. Very nice friday evening barbeque evening. Nice pool to refresh after hiking or cycling.
