The fact that you needed to pay extra for the use of the indoor swimming pool and that as a family with kids, we couldn't enter it in the evening.

Room had thin walls, so you can hear noises from the hall and other rooms.

They upgraded our room to one with a sea view free of charge. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent.

AC wasn’t super powerful - not a problem for me but not ideal for my partner who isn’t good with the heat. A bit of late noise from the pizzeria downstairs, but the two window panes do a great job of keeping most of it out.

Staff always super helpful, lovely hotel with a nice pool, really really close to the beach. Good breakfast.

The room had a bad tobacco smell. We tried to ventilate it for 2 days but it didn’t help. The breakfast was ok for 2 days but for longer time it would be too basic as the selection was a bit poor. The omelette was cold. There were no vegetables. The hotel needs some renovation as it is not even nearly to be a 4 star hotel. The furniture and overall design is quite old. I’m sorry but it’s true.

Friendly staff, we got a room with jacuzzi, the beach is just a minute away. It’s easy to reach the city centre on foot or by bus.

My only gripe was the rather early checkout time; 10am. That aside, the receptionist was extremely polite and accommodating. Owing to the fact the hotel wasn't so busy the kind lady was able to extend our checkout to 11am. I would certainly consider staying here again if I return to Rimini someday.

Ferretti Beach Hotel is great value especially if coming after tourist season. At the end of October the weather is still fine and it affords an almost perfect spot overlooking the beach. The hotel has a more than adequate breakfast, clean rooms and big balconies. For an extra 30 euros you can while away your evening in their hot tubs on seaview facing balconies. Summer time, guests can enjoy their outdoor pool and a sauna year round for an extra 20 euros which must be booked.

The noise from Barrumba was very loud some nights and went on till past 1am.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The heated pool was awesome!! Seems as though it has been upgraded as it looks nicer than the photos online. Beautiful new prominade in front of the hotel. Sea view from the room was lovely, we loved the panorama room!!

The room was very small with limited walk around space. The balcony although looked towards the beach was small and felt claustrophobic, not really very private. There was no parking available after being under the impression there would be free parking. We only got parking on the last night and was charged 10 euros for this.

The property was in a good central location within easy access to the beach. The property was clean and the staff were very helpful, especially reception and Andreas in the dining area. The food was lovely and of good value.

Unfortunately, they gave us sea view room facing directly to the noisy bar. On Saturdays this bar plays music until 4AM and you can hear from the room! After complaining they gave another room and it was better sound wise.

Breakfast was great, Room is comfortable with a great sea view, the staff is really helpful and tells you what to do from the eyes of a local! they tell you how to take the easiest directions, and the best of all, is the free bicycle service the hotel offers! We could tour the whole city easily. Totally recommend this hotel. Regarding the pool and sauna I didn't really use them because I was on a tight schedule but it looked clean and very appealing.

Every day is the same breakfast - it's boring than you stay more then 3 days. There was no vegetables.

Great view from the room (sea side) - you can see sea laying on the bed. Very good sound isolation from outside noise. The stuff is very helpful.
