Lukas the host was amazing from the moment we booked - through getting us there and our greeting at the property, the show round and all the info on where to visit, and to booking us a dinner due to our late arrival. Such a gent, his WhatsApp messages were full of info about where to park, the route from which to walk into Lucca to the property, agreeing to meet based on our schedule, and our request for a recommendation for dinner which turned into him booking a restaurant for us which was a lovely place to eat, and finally accommodating myself as a Coeliac with regards to the breakfast at the property. The room was spacious, equipped as you would hope, comfy bed, with shower and wc ensuite. And we felt it was excellent value for the facilities and service, with the location central to Lucca, and the attention from our host Lukas. A heartfelt recommendation to others reading this, give this place a try......

We liked everything. Lukas and his wife were wonderful! They were always ready and available to help with so many needs. Lukas even helped with getting an appointment to fix a broken nail. The breakfast was fantastic! New freshly baked homemade items everyday. There service was excellent.

Parking. The lot by the stadium was packed, with no available spots, as there was a carnival going on. We parked at Parcheggio Mazzini, a 15 minute walk with our luggage; cost was 37 euros for 2 days. Lukas gave us a pass to get our car and drive it in to get our luggage, but to save time, we just took our bags with us.

Very close to restaurants, sights, and shopping. Very clean. Hospitable, friendly, and helpful hosts. Nice breakfast with yogurts, pastries, breads, juices, various paninni with prosciutto crudo and cheese. Great cappuccino. Bottles of water in room. Great recommendations for restaurants.

The location was perfect right inside the city walls. We rented the car and Lukas was really accommodating with providing the detailed instructions on parking and letting us drop off/pick up luggage within the walls. Lukas and his wife were very welcoming. The room was spotless clean, bed was comfortable, good size. Breakfast was nice with many pastries. Overall this apartment was a very nice find. Will surely stay there again.

I liked everything no complaints

The host was very accommodative and helpful, he went above and beyond to assist me. I lost my wallet when I travelling to the hotel, he assisted and guided me with the steps to get back my wallet. The room was nice and updated the location was good. I have no complaints, most important the host was just the best.

Nicely furnished, comfortable, quiet even though centrally located, very clean and the landlord of outstanding kindness, ready to help any moment you might need him (we had a street-accident in Lucca)
