Everything was perfect.

A beautiful modern apartment, stylishly decorated to a high level, with great attention to detail. Located in the historic centre of the city, within walking distance of Arezzo’s spectacular attractions, and great restaurants. Rafaela, the owner, always on hand, with very good suggestions on where to eat. Very kind and helpful.

Location fantastic, just a block or so away from the cathedral. Super central for browing the stalls of the monthly antiques market. We walked from the train station in appx ten minutes. Tip: stop at the Conad on the way to pick up any necessities (milk for coffee, etc.); we were unable to find an alimentari nearer to the apartment.

Only issue was mosquitos due to unusual local weather this year, we were informed. Perhaps fly screens on bedroom windows? (The couch needs to be changed, looks great but very uncomfortable) However, apart from this everything was fantastic. We loved Arezzo, and can't wait to go back!

Just a little reminder, if you are travelling during fall/winter season it’s better to bring slippers with you, because the floors were a little cold.

It is the best apartment you can ever find in Italy, not only in Arezzo. It’s fully packed with everything you might need (from kitchen supplies to bathroom). The hosts are super nice and helpful. The self check-in procedure went very easily. The location is the best, you are literally in the heart of Arezzo.

Beautifully designed. This apartment has everything you’ll need. Location is brilliant, close to everything. Easy access as its on the first floor. Very quiet too. Very nice to have a little terrace too. Wifi was very quick. Appartement was very cool, nice to get out of summer heat. Hosts were so very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful - really comfortable and cosy, and it was immaculately clean. Location was excellent and really close to lots of restaurants and bars. The kitchen was really useful - there are no basics (salt, oil etc) so if you are planning on cooking, bring some with you! The Wi-Fi was super fast.

This property was AMAZING! This was by far our nicest stay while in Italy. The place was very clean, and we were grateful for all the personal touches provided (water bottles, toothpaste/toothbrushes, and quality shampoo/conditioner/soap). The feel and design of the property itself is fantastic, but the location is even better. Right in the old town area, we were able to walk out our door and 40 seconds later be in the scenic and bustling town. We did not have a car for the stay, and found it easy to walk to everything we needed, including from the train station (note: we are in our 20s so have a more generous definition of what is walkable. Arezzo is on a hill so its an uphill walk from the train with your luggage. Still we did it). Raffaella and her daughter were very kind and willing to provide recs in the area. I will be highly recommending this place to my friends!

The apartment is up the hill in the direction of the main cathedral and grand piazza. It’s a bit of a hike from the lower portion of the main part of town.

Better than presented. The apartment opens to a large sitting area with couch and TV that leads into a kitchen, dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and very functional. The couch in the living area unfolds into a double bed. In the back, separated by a sliding door, is the main bedroom and bathroom. This area is combined and includes a toilet in a closed separate room. The apartment is modern and well appointed. There is is even a small, private sitting area with bistro table and chairs through a backdoor outside the main bedroom. It’s a block off the main Corsica Italia and near lots restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the apartment could not be better. It was also incredibly stylishly decorated and comfortable. The private terrace outside was lovely to eat supper on, and we loved the small touches that made it feel really luxurious.

One thing that I didn’t like was there were no tea towels for me to wipe dishes with. i was also looking for a kettle to boil water. As there was no kettle. I had to boil tap water in a pot. That was somewhat annoying for me.

I liked almost everything about the apartment. Particularly, the cleanliness. I could not fault the level of its cleanliness. I will rate it a 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. i usually check even the sheets , showers, basin and toilet for evidence of dirt. Could not spot anything, everything was meticulously clean i particularly loved the interior design which was a mix of provincial with modern. Next, the location was perfect and within walking. distance to all attractions, piazza’s, cafe’s, restaurants and the main shopping strip.

While the apartment is very tastefully decorated, it lacked some basics to make it really comfortable such as a coffee table in the seating area. The kitchen was a little crowded with the fridge, oven and stove top all close together so that cooking was a little difficult. The hot water was erratic, sometimes scalding, sometimes only cold.

We liked the location, staff were helpful in resolving minor issues. Comfortable bed, lovely linens. Nice toiletries.
