Such a lovely and unusual apartment, excellent location, easy parking with the provided pass. Best restaurant and ice-cream bar right on the doorstep! Nice breakfast provided. Very easy access to airport for our flight back home, would have liked to have stayed longer. Maybe next time.

Very good location, close to the beaches & tasty food! It was no problem to get there and contact with owner was nice too. I recommend as a good base for Terassini or further sightseeing the region!

Unfortunately, we didn't have but one night here, and it was perfect. The owner was great with communication and was quite flexible, as our flight was very delayed due to weather. The breakfast is served at the nearest cafe overlooking the port, with a great staff.

Unfortunately there was construction right next door so it was a bit loud early in the morning but nothing too crazy that it ruined the experience.

Location was fantastic. View was beautiful. Town exceeded expectations. Close to quaint little restaurants, gelato, beach was a 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay again!

The host was very responsive, as if I needed anything they were too happy to assist. The place was very clean and had a beautiful terrace on top of the apartment. Breakfast was at a local cafe and it was lovely to go for a walk along the beach to get there. It was very close to good restaurants and the city centre. Would definitely stay here again.

Areal gem once we navigated the difficult staircases to our apartment. Once in the apartment it was exceptional. Large comfortable bedroom with a small but useable balcony with a view. A large living area with kitchen and bunks a very nice bathroom. All very clean and well presented. Helpful owner’ representative. We certainly strongly recommend this place to anyone who can cope with the staircases Great location

There was nothing I didn't like about this accommodation, it was great.

The apartment was beautiful and immaculately decorated and very clean. The location fabulous with a sea view and close to the beach and restaurants . Are hosts Ana and Gaspare were friendly and helpful. I would love to return to this accommodation.

The breakfast at a cafe nearby was very simple, but typically Italian. The stairs up to the apartment were narrow and steep, but the owner's son was helpful in carrying the luggage.

The apartment was clean and nice, and it was well equipped. There were many good restaurants within walking distance. It was not possible to speak English, but using google translate it went perfectly fine.

The electric switch goes down every time you (or neighbors) turn on too many devices.

The location is very good, 2 min walk to the nearest beach and 10 min walk to the other beach. The apartments are very comfortable and clean, there is a kitchen with everything you need. In the apartment you can find an umbrella and towels for the beach. The host is very kind and friendly, he gave us a parking pass for our car.

The location was great. Gelato shop, restaurants, and beach all under 5 min walk. Apartment was cute, terrace had a nice view of the water. We didn’t use any of the kitchen supplies but it was fully stocked. We did use their airport (Palermo) pick up option it was €40 for 2-adults, 2-kids. Not sure if it’s expensive or not because we didn’t really compare but the option is there if you need it.

We have just got back from 10 days here. The location is perfect, it is very close to the beaches, a stones throw away from the fantastic town/village square with amazing restaurants in abundance (we never had a bad meal) and very well priced. The apartment was spotlessly clean, fully equipped with everything you need. A powerful shower, coffee maker and comfortable bed and great kitchen diner and AC to name a few. The host Gaspare and his mum were so friendly and helpful, always on hand for any questions, they also gave us a warm welcome and a great introduction to the apartment and local area (by using translate on our phones). The local people were so friendly and welcoming!

Wonderful location and very kind host. Great restaurants nearby. The view from the terrace is lovely and you can hear the ocean waves crashing. The bath towels were large and the kitchen was well supplied and even had hand towels.

Everything is great about this place, close to sea and piazza duomo, quiet place. Very nice owner, you get a parking ID so you can leave car in front of the apartment, clean interior with beautiful decor.

this Aibnb is in Terrasini near the beach , far from Palermo city center, the breakfast is only a croissant and Cappuccino but you will have to walk a quite a distance in the morning along the beach area to get it… lots of stairs up, have to have someone to help to move up and down the heavy luggage. the host and the helper don’t speak English, we need to communicate via google translate. the hostess Anna is nice and helpful though, responsive with the help of google translate

it’s an Aibnb in Terrasini beach area, a small town far from Palermo city center, with balcony and terrace well furnished, not bad for beach lover and family or traveler with car

At times it can be a little noisy due to where it is located (we had the apartment located above a fun vibrant street) We didn’t find this to be an issue, it added to the Italian experience :)

The breakfast was supposed to be provided by a neighbouring restaurant but it hadn't yet opened by 8:00 am and I had to go to the airport. The host was very apologetic in fairness, though it should be possible to get breakfast at 8:00 am if it is part of the package. However everyhting else was so great I wasn't too worried about it.

Amazing location within walking distance of a beautiful beach and good restaurants. Charming host who made me feel very welcome. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped with a balcony overlooking the street and the sea in the distance at the end of the street. Very comfortable.

Noisy street at night up until early hours (a bit tricky as it was too hot with the balcony closed (no aircon in the main room) and too noisy with it open). Except the usual street noise you get speeding motorbikes and cars with music on full blast until around 3am :/ Also, the main door to the apartment seemed a bit weak (looked like you were entering a wardrobe) but having said that there is another door at the bottom of stairs so it was sufficient i guess.

The location, its proximity to the praiola beach (and also the fact that there is a natural shade on the beach up until late afternoon, perfect when you travel with kids), the apartment itself was great too.
