Bathroom is mouldy, leaking shower head, lack of a bath mat or a hand towel. Shower gel and shampoo provided were 1ltr bottles so who knows how long it’s been there. Another thing to point out would be how loud the street is so best to have earplugs to sleep.

You can ear all the noise from outside and from other rooms. The bathroom needed a deep cleaning and maintenance. Only 1 toilet paper was given (and not even full).

The bathroom was full of mould, some mould on the walls as well. The wardrobe looked like it hadn’t been checked as there was someone’s coat left behind. The floor wasn’t swept. The curtain tie was broken and left in one of the drawers. The downstairs looked like an old storage room - not welcoming at all. Coffee machine available downstairs but only plastic cups for cold water available- imagine doing a hot drink in them. The only person that came to give us the keys hardly spoke English and was not very helpful.

I did like the location as it was half way between the airport and city centre by foot approximately 20-25 minutes

The staff was lovely and bedrooms was clean and spacious, the bathroom was very old and need updating here’s no other facilities at all at this place it’s more like a Hostel for backpacker’s and should b downgrade to that the, there’s is seem b only one member of staff working there who has to everything, checking in,all the cleaning changing beds, so on, this young man still found time to give me advice where was good to eat, best sights to c , rang taxi fr me was kind and always had a smile on his face , when he must have been exhausted, I hope booking .com is going to look n to this it’s more like slave labour

Our whole stay we hab very low water pressure. Once the water was gone completely. We told the owner and he told us, he already did a complaint but it never got better.

It had the important facility. The Check-In and Check-Out worked easy and fast. It was near the train station.

Noise from outside and from other guests. The shower had very low pressure and was going hot and cold. Stairs to the rooms were very steep and difficult to manoeuvre with luggage

It feels like a flophouse. The bed is not comfortable. It's the kind of room that should really cost at most like 40 euros but something seems to be deeply wrong with hotel prices in Pisa.

It was the least expensive room we could find in Pisa at the last minute. It is an extremely basic, more or less clean, room. The shower worked better than I expected when I saw what it looks like.

Simply put this is an ok place if you need to spend just 1 night in Pisa for one reason or other. It's not great, it's not super comfortable, but it's not awful either.

Location was perfect. 10mins walk from train station, 25/30mins walk from both airport & f Bell tower. Easy to navigate. Quiet, comfy and just what we needed. Would recommend and would book again if ever in the area x

The damp, the mosquitos, the dirty damp back yard that was breeding the mosquitos, the noisy boiler for the whole building was just outside the window and was extremely loud every time someone in the building used a tap, the room was very hot and had to have to doors opening making the mosquito problem and the noisy boiler issue worse. I also did not want to close the door as a result of the mould in the room

Only one thing what need to be clean properly,the tiles around the shower and the glass door inside the shower from the mold.

The place is in the perfect location.Easy access from the airport,train station,Torre di Pisa.Everything is in walking distance. We got the Galilei room on the 2nd floor. Window was faced to the street. The room is nice,bad is very comfy.Bed sheet was nice and clean. Huge wardrobe with big mirror.There is a plenty space for the clothes. The bathroom was in our room.It was very handy.We did not have to share it with anyone.Shampoo,shower gel toilet roll and soap was provided. If you do not need kitchen for your stay it will be perfect accomodation for you.We were here for 5 days.Pizza place is in front of the house and a little coffee shop and little shop just a few minutes away.

My experience was disappointing. The bed was very uncomfortable, with noticeable springs in the mattress. The shower and fridge were in a dismal state, with visible fungi covering the walls and the door. Despite requesting toilet paper, none was provided as promised. The absence of staff made it difficult to address any concerns promptly. Moreover, the door was incredibly challenging to lock. Considering the overall condition and lack of amenities, the price seemed unreasonably steep for the value offered.

the pictures of the cameras do not look like the physical cameras. the walls are actually dirty, it is not clean, I did not receive towels in the bathroom, there was mold in the bathroom.

The bed was awful. The TV was small. The bathroom was small, moldy and the shower was miniscule. The apartment was on the side of the road and you could hear all the noise from the outside. The room was overpriced. It wasn't worth it. Wouldn't recommend it

Nothing. The only thing that i liked was that the owner provided with a stirring iron when i asked him. That is why I'm giving 1/10
