It would have been good to have drinks and snack menus easily available on the tables by the sun loungers.

Amazing location close to the ferry port in the centre of town whilst feeling like you were away from it all by the lake. Lovely room . Although small had a touch of luxury and was nicely decorated with a view of the lake from the balcony. The best feature was the decking on the lake where you could make use of the sun loungers and look out onto the lake enjoying a drink. We enjoyed dinner from the restaurant balcony. Excellent food. We had a delicious breakfast included. Would have loved to stay another night

Perfect location and loved using the deck to relax and swim in the lake. Room was clean and spacious Had a lovely lunch at the hotel so I would recommend staying there to eat at least once

The A/C system was not on, apparently because it was too early in the season, which forced us to keep the window open and unfortunately it was very noisy outside in from of our room until lat in the night.

Brilliant hotel, great location and wonderful facilities. Our room was lovely with a balcony and views across the lake. Breakfasts were more than adequate, with plenty of choice. The interior was cool inside and loungers were always available. Staff were brilliant, so helpful and kind. The ferry point is just around the corner and the bus shuttle only a few more yards away. Terrific restaurants nearby and prices were surprisingly affordable

Cleaning service good be a little bit better and it would be nice to find new bottles of water after each cleaning.

Perfect location, quite big and cozy room, nice interior. Very good breakfast and coffee, perfect view to Lake Garda from restaurant. The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful.

The room was quite small for two and for two big luggages on the floor as it´s no point to make empty the whole luggage for a couple of night's stay.

Obviously, the fact that I fell in my room due to rain seepage is a major negative but I’m sure the hotel will sort that issue out immediately. The only other observation I have is that the only 2 armchairs in the room are ground level chairs. This meant once I was injured, I couldn’t sit anywhere else except on the bed. They would be impossible to use for anyone with back, leg, knee issues, so they are restricting.

I had a serious accident in my room whilst staying and was rushed to hospital. The staff were so caring and attentive both at the time of the accident and on my return. They handled the situation calmly, with respect and efficiently. They attempted to help us with claims and assisted us however they could. Our 3rd floor room was very beautiful with the most spectacular views over Lake Garda and was of a very high comfort and aesthetic level. The buffet breakfasts were great and the outdoor decks are lovely. Lobby bar and lounge areas are beautifully appointed. Location is absolutely perfect and Carpark transfers are a wonderful inclusion. Despite my incident, I would still highly recommend staying there and would be happy to return.

Room aircon didn't work, or didn't work properly. Room only had one small bin and we weren't allowed a second, so rubbish built up quickly.

Staff were all lovely and very helpful, location was excellent, food was great. Luggage was all looked after before check in and after check out. Beautiful views from the veranda.

Could offer electric golf cart taxi to all guests not just ones with a car in the car park carrying cases through the crowds in the rain isn’t great fun

Location was excellent on the beach and we had also balcony facing the lake, it was very pleasant. Breakfast was very good and the view from the breakfast room was beatiful.

The hotel room (#22) had some small deferred maintenance issues. Furniture was a little dinged up. The doorknob to our room came off in my hand and could not be reinstalled. Didn't keep us from getting in and out of our room but was a little unexpected.

Loved our room with a view. The bed and room were both comfy and the bathroom spacious. We had a corner lake view room so the views were spectacular. We loved the small town where everything was walkable. Lots of shopping. Excellent restaurants. We enjoyed walking to view the ruins and museum. The town is darling but touristy. It quiets down at night but during the daytime is busy, busy, busy. It is interesting that the hotel is inside the castle moat so only accessible by golf cart. If you are driving be sure and pre-book your parking. Very important. Also, pre-book your pick up from the hotel by the parking service. They will delivery you and your luggage by golf cart both ways. Hotel will arrange this for you. I believe the cost was 16euro per day. This was the 4th place we stayed during our Italy vacation. We loved it. It was great place to slow the pace and relax. We would definitely return for another visit. The lake views are stunning.

Not that I didn't like, just make sure you understand that the parking is not close and you will be taken to the hotel and back so take everything you need and order the ride back as early as you can.

Aircon didn't work great. At lowest setting and room remained hot.

Amazing location. Ferry was next to hotel. Staff were super helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Had lots to choose from. The deck out onto the lake was beautiful. Perfect for evening cocktails watching the sun set!

One front desk staff member in particular was extremely curt throughout our stay.

Great location in Sirmione and on the water. Clean. Nice buffet breakfast included.
