If you are not into vintage style accommodation, this apartment won’t be your favorite.

Perfect location, in walking distance to the Colosseum, Trevi and other glorious sites. Beds were comfortable. Quiet at night. Lovely terrace. Good wifi. The apartment was a great choice for exploring Rome. It would be suitable for a long term stay, as well.

Some of the furniture in the living area wasn't very comfortable.

The apartment had a very big footprint and had separate areas for both couples staying with separate bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable!

great location . less than 5 mins walk to the main transport terminal , for airport shuttle bus or catch a train /coach to visit other parts of Italy and Buses for anywhere in Rome . Only 20 mins walk from all the iconic sites in Rome , passing shops ,bars and restaurants ,so you have plenty to choose from. The apartment it's self was huge . the kitchen was small but had everything you required. great garden terrace. it is an old apartment and could do with a bit of TLC but it's full of character .Also easy to keep in communication with NIC the owner who was very helpful .

All great. An old building and a bit quirky but this adds to the charm

A great setting. Fabulous views from rooftop. (Great place to dry washing!) Niccolo was very welcoming with helpful access video. The property is on floor 4 above the hotel Medici accessed by a fabulous old lift. You could feel the history of the place

The apartment is very Spacious, with two bedrooms on each end of the apartment it is completely supplied with comfortable beds plenty of clean linens and a full kitchen full to cook for a crowd!!! Especially appreciated the really nice wine glasses The host is available on sight for your needs he is very professional and kind. The apartment is above the hotel Medici

Nothing all was good

I’ve been to rome now 4 times but this time I took my son this apartment was perfect for us !! And much better than anywhere else I have stayed in Rome The sofa bed was so comfy I slept better than at home which is very unusual for me ! No noise at night lovely air con and very relaxing and a safe feeling about the place beautiful terrace very spacious … we was recommended the restaurant across the road which was amazing and also the pizza restaurant too .. very good supermarket around the corner called pams which is good value and has everything you need … host was very attentive and made sure we was ok throughout our stay also accommodated our checking in & out time with great instructions … highly recommend this place it’s a delight has everything you need and once again will say it feels very safe for anyone travelling with their child as a single parent .. thankyou niccolo :)

Lovely apartment with a great terrace. Great location for exploring Rome. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Air conditioning was good...essential for us! Our host was friendly and kept in touch throughout our stay. He gave us clear instructions for getting into the apartment.

Great apartment and location. Very spacious and with 2 separate bathrooms. The host was very nice, easy to communicate with and accomodating our request to leave the suitcases during the last day which was great. The terraces were also amazing. The location is communicative and alking distance to the center. Also would recommend the best pizza place downstairs. Overall great value for money. Thank you Nicco!

Shower was lovely and hot but a little small and lacked somewhere to put the soap/shower gel. Minor annoyance. Pictures on the website a little out of date. A little more attention to the general dusting although by no means unclean.

Location was excellent, bed was sooooo comfortable, storage for clothes and toiletries excellent. Lovely outdoor balcony although in January a little too cold to use.

Loved how easy check in and check out was. Nick was very easy to get a hold of and the flat is huge and very well appointed and amazingly well priced. There is a great small kitchen perfect for preparing breakfast or simple dinners but the balcony is what shines. You get an amazing partially shaded view of the streets of rome but the location is not too busy as to affect sleep. Amazing gelato place just around the corner. Aircon is AMAZING.

We stayed 5 nights mother and daughter. The apartment is spacious clean and comfortable. It has everything needed for a holiday. Air-conditioned comfortable beds, kitchen and washing machine and beautiful terrace. The location is good we used mostly the bus. The host was incredibly helpful we asked for lighter blankets and he went to Ikea to buy
