Even though it’s well-connected to the city center, the location is a bit far, and the price should be a bit lower; the hotel is only bed and breakfast, so there is a mismatch between the price and what you actually get.

The first bedroom asigned had a bad smell, but they change inmediatly.

It is well located, about 8 minutes from the tram station. Parking is free and breakfast is very good and varied.

About 0.4miles from the tram (flat, easy walk), just not the ‘few steps’ as advertised. There are a couple of restaurants/cafes nearby but that’s it. Tram is super easy and just a few stops to get you into the heart of Florence.

Big room for the 4 of us. Breakfast was ok. Staff were nice and friendly. On a busy road but the big windows were well sound proofed. Cleaned nicely every day

Nothing, all was very good for the price, good value

The staff were super helpful, breakfast was awesome, room although small and a bit cramped was sufficient for our 3 night stay. T2 tram easy to get to and able to buy tickets at tram stop. Car parking outdoor carpark and undercover car park available and secure. Also a bonus was our room must have been near to a kitchen or bakery because every morning we woke up to our room smelling like fresh baked croissants hahaha

1. Uncomfortable and old beds that creak a lot. 2. Avoid rooms next to elevators because you won't sleep all night. 3. Bad water pressure, at least in our room it was. 4. Very thin hotel walls and you can hear everything in the room next to you. 5. The hotel may have a somewhat passable rating, but it is not worth the money you will spend definitely.

The main advantages of the hotel in my opinion: 1. free parking next to the facility. 2. 5-minute walk to the tram station that leads to the center. 3. The offer in the hotel lobby is excellent, you can buy drinks, food, snacks and sweets.

It's a bit far from the Old Town to walk, but not a big deal as the tram T2 takes you there in about 20 min.

This hotel is right next to the airport and is great for a transit stay. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel rooms for 3 people are nice and large. It is a great bang for your buck!

Was not the easiest to find with not having the directions on my phone. Didn’t realize there were 2 close together.

I liked that it wasn’t too far from the tram. Liked that the room had a balcony with a great view of the city.

-There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. -The garbage can of the people who stayed before us was full and forgotten on the balcony. -When we came for room cleaning, our towels were not changed. -It would be better if the kettle was in the rooms rather than in the lobby. -The room was small for 4 people.

-Free parking -Satisfactory breakfast -Close to public transportion -Staff was very helpful and kind. Especially, the lady working at breakfast was very helpful and friendly. Additionally, the receptionist on duty the day we checked in was also helpful. We needed an iron and he provided one immediately.

The room was tiny- in practice, it was big enough, comfortable and had all the necessary facilities, but it's useful to understand that the rooms are not spacious.

The room was a little small, but it was fine.

It was clean and comfortable and secure. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was good value for money. It was easy walking distance to the tram into Central Florence. The room also had a small balcony, which was nice. The shower worked very well. The night I stayed there, it was also quiet. The hotel is in an area with restaurants and cafes nearby. It's not fancy, but I got my money's worth.
