Stayed for 4 days for IT conference. Very lovely vintage apartment, super close to restaurants and places to visit. Also very friendly hosts advising where to go and how to spend time.

We liked everything. The only thing we would add is a shower curtain in the bathroom but it’s not a big deal.

The apartment is located perfectly in the center of old town, it’s 5-10 minutes walk to the main attractions. The hosts are responsive and helpful. Each request we had was addressed immediately. Inside the apartment we had more or less everything we needed for a short stay in Florence.

Property was a bit dirty - particularly floors and bathroom. Oven was missing glass in the front door so was unusable. Bathroom was less than ideal with water pressure/temperature issues.

The bathroom wasn’t very comfortable (no real shower, just a bath with a shower hose) - a shower curtain would fix this issue quite easily. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet properly. There are no towel hooks. It was also a bit dark inside and you could hear noise from the street and inside the apartment building lobby.

The property was in a fantastic location in the heart of Florence - easy walking distance to the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio to name a few. Our host was really helpful, meeting us to deliver the keys and showing us around the apartment. The apartment was really spacious, we liked having a kitchen and a washing machine too. The coffee pot was fabulous. The air conditioners worked well. The upstairs bedroom was spacious and comfortable.

I love the location of the apartment. It is right next to the famous Gelateria Neri, cafe with good coffee and great Panini sandwich shop. It is also walking distance to Duomo, etc

It was dark but if the weather had been hot and sunny I think it would have been a welcome retreat. It was cold and wet when we visited.

As one can see from the pics, it is a bit outdated, to me it's like my granma's house, but if one plans to just sleep and even cook/eat there sometimes and enjoy Florence at its best, then it's a perfect spot and money worth.

Eduardo was flexible and quick to answer and meet up to hand over the key, he also asked during my stay if everything was ok or I needed anything. The location is unbeatable: on a quiet street and yet only 5min from main attractions and Uffizi, ground floor, very big flat, good wifi. I really appreciated the thick duvet on the bed, as it was getting pretty cold at night. The kitchen is cosy, but has really everything you might need, to make your own coffee for breakfast with the typical Italian moka, to cook or to heat up with the microwave.

Please put a tight fitting fitted sheet on the bed, the two twin mattresses just fell apart from each other constantly until we added our own fitted sheet. And a towel rack in the bathroom.

Location was wonderful, Eduardo was attentive and very helpful to us as tourists. The kitchen & kitchen amenities were good for people who cook many of their meals like we did. Apartment stayed relatively cool even in Florentine summer heat, and the air conditioning units worked quickly. The different zones of the apartment were really nice and everything was very comfortable and well-appointed!

The apartment was perfect for my daughter while she was studying in Florence. Much larger than expected and had everything she needed. The location could not have been better, right in the city center. She felt very safe and could easily walk to restaurants, shops and museums. Eduardo was great, he met us promptly at the apartment to show us around. He was super helpful anytime she had questions.

The apartment went over our expectation, the host Edo, was waiting for us at the entrance door even if we arrived a little earlier than what we have communicated, gave us all the instruction and lots of tips to visit the city. Main palazzo key troublesome, super basic room with minimal expense used to make it accommodating for tourists. Kitchen needs an update.
