The rooms would have be just be perfect if it had coffee making facilities.

The family suit was really good 2 bedrooms lots of space. Location was excellent, a short walk to the slopes but in the really nice part of the town near lots of great restaurants.

Could be noisy in corridor due to school children and close to bar which was loud at night. Breakfast could have run later stopped at 9.30 even an extra half hour would have been good.

Hard time with the communication with the front desk. Especially Saturday afternoon.

The hotel deserves a much better rating if the communication got improved. I got a very hard time getting an invoice. I finally got a totally unproper invoice with no ID from the hotel.

Our room was located on the first floor behind the kitchen. It was awful. No view. There was a ramp below where I’m assuming deliveries were happening and garbage and recycling were being done. Fine if it’s in the middle of the day but first thing in the morning! Not cool. We could hear the sound of dishes banging from behind our wall. There should not be a room in this location. Also, the lighting is atrocious. There are two settings: full and ridiculously bright (12 pot lights) lighting or bedside micro mini LED reading light. No ambient light whatsoever. There is also no heat control. The towel rack pumps out a lot of heat. Great for towels but it heats up the entire room an awful lot. There’s no thermostat control so it was not ideal. Lastly, the key situation. There are no key cards. There is only one key per room with large clunky key chains. This is not practical. For a large family, this required coordination of who was coming and going at what time so they could access the room. Impossible when you’re planning a ski day with different activity levels and others who want to be in the village. This should be remedied. It was also a very awkward key to carry around all day.

The location is awesome! Right in the heart of the village. The location was worth the stay. The bar service and the bar staff were nice. The front desk customer service could be improved on. No one at the desk on multiple occasions.

Our room was in the annex . A little further from the main hotel than I thought, it felt very basic !

Friendly efficient staff, who resolved any questions we had quickly. Excellent housekeeping. Nice main hotel where we had breakfast & used the bar for Apres .

The beds are very firm. We didn't appear to have access to refreshments in the room out of hours so made alternate arrangements buying a kettle locally.

Facilities were of a high quality finish and very warm and inviting. The walk in shower was excellent and everything worked as it should. The buffet breakfast appeared to cater for most with a considerable variety of fresh food.

Ground floor room had a bad smell from the bathroom drains.

Amazing range of breakfast- didn’t expect such a wide buffet at all! staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice- comfortable, modern furnishing and clean. Good showers. Good location in centre of town (but slightly set back so not noisy.

Stayed in the family suite...excellent ! But does suffer from some early morning noise as is below a ski service shop.

Great stay ! Friendly staff, very clean & good facilities.would benefit greatly from some spar facilities on site.The outside sphere for hire (€10 pp) on an evening 1800_2200hrs with food was great value !
