The room did not look like the photos. We had no head board, just bed against the wall. The shower water temperature went from whatever you set it to, to boiling hot water every 30 seconds. The shower was also tiny. We went in May, they don’t turn the Air Conditioning on until June so the room was very hot. The room did have a balcony that we were able to open but when we opened it, it was loud outside and you could hear the neighbours which is fine but if you can’t sleep with noise and need it to be cold, you can’t have both. The bed and pillows are hard as a rock so keep that in mind.

Location was great. Lots of restaurants near by and the main train station was a 7 minute walk.

There should be refreshments presented, they provided as with a kettle but was no tea or coffee or mugs. In the bathroom, the shower is presented in the middle of the bath tub and not on the side which means the water goes everywhere also there is no curtain. When using the bath it did get blocked however the staff fixed this problem straight away when we flagged this up. Some of the plug sockets did not fit our changers also.

This hotel was great for location, room size was big enough, staff were really friendly and helpful. The bed was changed every day with new towels, provided with a mini fridge and kettle. The bed was very comfortable and spacious.

Nothing to complain abot just to suggest We had problem with shower, temperature of water sudenly switch to extremely hot and burn my foot there are no curtains or door on the bathtub so whole toilet becomes wet and needs to be cliend after each shower

Very nice hotel with grate breakfast. Room was cleaned every day and every day we had new towels and clean room, great ladys in houskeeping and breakfast. Its near by city center, you dont need bus, metro or taxi, 20 25 minutes walk. Room is very small but it was clean and nice and it was warm in the room.

Unfortunatly we had a very bad experience with the shower in the bathroom. To start with, the water constantly swifted temperature to super hot, burning the skin. Second, the drain was so clogged that in 30 seconds time the water would accumulate to our ankles, very unpleasent. Minor "problems" that also made our stay less comfortable were the lack of hangers (none in the bathroom, only enough room to hang towels in the gasheather) and the very thin and hard pillows.

The hotel has a very nice location, close to the central station, bus stops and metro. Thank you very much for all the staff, who was very kind and helpfull when possible. Our room and bathroom were also very clean.

there was a spanish school trip that were noisy, rude, loud, obnoxious, ate all the food, made noise day and night and nobody stopped them

The lights for the sign were partially out so the Hotel sign wasn’t fully lit. The lighting in the lobby and on each floor is very dim.

Room was a bit dated. TV screen is a small monitor. My charger did not fit the wall plug but reception found one for me to use although that took some time. No plug in bath but that was also resolved once I asked for one. Could hear people in next door room.

Staff were very obliging. Property located 10 minutes walk from Rome Termini. Bath towels were soft.
