Wonderful host and a really clean room with great accessibility to the City and the Vatican. The area was very quiet, but had a good atmosphere. Would really recommend the host, Chiara, who went above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience and comfort during our stay. Communication in English was clear, and quick.

Location is perfect, a few hundred yards from The Vatican with plenty of places to eat on the doorstep. All the places we wanted to visit (Colliseum, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain etc) were within walking distance. The Host was extremely helpful, providing a list of local restaurants to go to. Breakfast was good, with a plentiful supply of Cereal, Toast and Yoghurt, with Coffee and Juices also on hand.

We had a private exterior bath and had to walk across the hall to use the private bath. The other two rooms had ensuite facilities.

Loved everything!

The breakfast was nice and Italian. Very good juices and youghurt. The appartment was spacious and clean. Location was nice, very very close to the vatican and about halv an hour walk to city centre. The subway was 5 minutes walk from the appartment. The host Chiara is super nice and her recommendations for food/ drinks was great!

One improvement that could be made is the breakfast, it's functional but minimal. We thought it would be great if more fresh and less packaged food was made available.

Really great location, steps away from the Vatican and the Metro. There's also plenty of really good restaurants in the neighborhood which the host recommended to us. Chiara went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and give us suggestions on how to navigate the city. The AC worked perfectly and was a relief to have.

It may have been my mistake but I wasn’t aware of the shared kitchen area. Whilst this is a nice space and very useful to have - I do imagine if anyone is a very light sleeper then they could be disturbed if there’s any less considerate guests who come home late at night as the doors can be a little noisy.

Lovely room itself - very nice and contemporary. Appreciated the large mirror too as this can often be forgotten. Air con was the best we had throughout all of our Italy trip accommodation. Communication was great with host and also Marco helpfully gave us lots of recommendations.

Had an amazing stay at Folia. Everything was as described, the room was comfortable and clean and all the little details had been thought of that make your stay that little bit nicer. Chiara's communication was fantastic and even reached out weeks in advance and tracked my flight to ensure I arrived without any issues. Location was perfect as I was seeing a football match at the Stadio Olimpico and was also only a 2min walk from Vatican City.

We stayed three nights there and we couldn't have chosen a better place. It's walking distance from the centre yet away from the crowds. The owner is simply wonderful, very accommodating and helpful. The room is super clean and comfortable.

The location was perfect for those wanting to spend plenty of time exploring the Vatican; just a ten minute walk and we were at St. Peter's Square. We were also only a couple minutes from a metro station, which made it easy to get to the rest of Rome as well. The room was comfy, and the air-conditioning well-appreciated.

The room was very spacious and clean; the location was fantastic (we went to a concert at the olympic stadium and walked there and back). The lady running the b&b was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was simple, but had everything you needed. The shared kitchen facilities was handy in case we wanted to use them for a lunch/dinner too.

The room was very nicely decorated and looked just like in the pictures. We liked the fact that they sent us a list with recommendations for restaurants, bars and cafes. We were at some meals and we were always very satisfied. In addition, Chiara had sent us a link for the shuttle from the airport and back before our departure. That helped us a lot.

We had an outstanding experience at Folia accommodation in Rome. Chiara is an incredibly friendly and helpful hostess. Upon arrival, she provides great restaurant recommendations, along with insightful tips on which landmarks to visit. The daily room cleaning service was immaculate. The shared kitchenette was well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster - everything you might need for a comfortable stay. In addition, Chiara regularly stocked the fridge with yogurts and juice. There was always a variety of breakfast options available, from bread to sweet pastries, ensuring a delightful start to our mornings. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. You simply walk out of the house, turn right, continue straight, and within ten minutes you will find yourself at St. Peter's Square. The Vatican Museums are even closer, roughly a 5-minute walk away. The metro station is also conveniently within a 5-minute walk, providing easy access to all parts of the city.
