The breakfast was quite basic and the coffee was not done by a real espresso machine but an automatic coffee machine.

The staff are very kind and the property is set in a beautiful area of the Tuscan countryside near the sea. The value is also very good.

Railway line is close by & is quite busy. It really didn’t bother us too much though.

Great resort. Lovely swimming pool, restaurant & gardens. Very friendly & helpful staff. We were pleasantly surprised how nice this was. Large room with big balcony which looked over the pool area.

Bad smell from the conditioner. Shabby bathroom Too expensive Restaurant for such a Hotel. For a portion of sea bass with a side dish and a glass of beer i payd 50 euros.

our room had some patchy fixes that didn’t look quite professional, the shower looked old and not very clean. Carpet got wet in proximity of the closed balcony door when it rained. very small bar fridge in the room. Hotel is close to a train tracks so you can hear trains if your window is open.

Only point is that there are a lot of mosquitoes and it was very warm at night but it is impossible to sleep with the window open. Would be great to have a mosquito net to cover the window or air conditioning /fan in the room.

We loved the breakfasts and dinners, excellent food, beautifully served. The pool was great and the opportunity to order food or drinks by the pool was great. We all liked the staff, wonderful service, really friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is 10km or so outside Ortibello so not ideal for a cyclist and as a vegetarian I think the chef was offended (frites, sliced tomato and aubergine is just buzzard).

Really good hotel, great staff and a lovely pool. staff were particularly helpful, very modern and a lovely terrace and pool.

One problem that has been with air conditioning. It's a pity that not only the guest can control it himself but they solve it in combination with the control from the reception. And so it happened that even though we had the air conditioning off, we let it go as an alarm clock in the morning at 6.30. Or when we came to the room again and turned on the air conditioning (window closed) it didn't work and I had to write to the reception to let it go. And that was several times.

Staff very nice and helpful. Nice environment. Good pool. Excellent food (mostly seafood), breakfast is excellent for Italian conditions, good choice. The beach is good - sand, gradual entry - just accessible by car from the hotel, you can not walk. We definitely recommend the hotel.

Railroad line ran directly in front of the hotel, so you had to close the windows in the early morning if you wanted to sleep a little longer.

Super Hotel. We had a 2 nights layover on the way back to Germany. Very friendly and courteous staff. Beautiful rooms with huge balcony. Great breakfast despite Corona situation. Nice pool to relax. Probably very good cuisine in the evening - reservation needed (we did not get a table on site). Worth seeing nearby are Tamalone and Grosseto

Not soo many foods on the menu. Beach bar was closed in the hole week. Why? Near beaches are not so nice.

The food provided in restaurant was with limited selection. The breakfast was fair, but dinner was not so interesting. Another minor thing was that there was no kettle in the room to heat up some water, which was not a big problem, just a little inconvenient for us with a little kid traveling with us.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was big and clean, we liked it a lot.

Bed was very hard, we didn’t sleep well and ac was loud. Room was a bit dirty and even had a lizard in our room when we went to bed, called to assist. Some bugs we found in the bed. Hotel right next too train tracks, so expect that when relaxing by the pool but didn’t bother us.

Nice hotel in a great location, nearby to reach by car not foot. Pool temp was perfect, nice balcony area to the rooms and finishing touches with celebrations.
