We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Belgium- Noise in the room. Practically from 3.30pm to 8pm, our room was almost 'unusable' due to the excessive noise from the après ski lab outside the hotel. - The lack of autonomous room temperature regulation except via the reception desk, and inadequate lighting of the room during non-daylight hours. - Breakfast is not particularly brilliant; for example, there is no fresh orange juice, which you can order for an extra charge. However, on at least two occasions, some waiters have made it for us for free, chapeau! - Bottles of water should in my opinion be included in the half-board formula.
- Extreme kindness and hospitality of staff. - Room size and brightness. - The quality and variety of the gastronomic proposal for the dinner included in the half-board. A special distinction to the hotel chef, bravo! - Hotel location within walking distance of the ski lifts.

United KingdomBreakfast could have been better. Not a huge amount of choice, and items quickly ran out and weren't re-filled, so if you have a late breakfast there is very limited choice. Bar, breakfast area and restaurant were modern. Rooms and rest of the hotel could do with a refresh/ modernising, but it isn't terrible - functional and clean.

Incredible location—building is literally attached to the Groste ski lift. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had while traveling (we’re from the US and therefore have high expectations for a big breakfast). Fortini exceeded those expectations.

IsraelThere is one slowly elevator to the whole hotel I was needed to use the stairs more than once. it’s little bit noisy area. you can’t sleep with window open.
the staff was extremely kind, we left our room messy every morning and came back to a clean organised room every afternoon. the view from the room was beautiful and the room itself is not small like other ski hotels I was. and of course the location is the best in the area for snow access less than a minute walk to 2 main lifts.
