Great location, the guy on the front desk couldn't be more helpful, we arrived very early (9am) off a cruise ship, he stored our luggage, gave us a drink, then gave us a map and informed us of all the sights, he told us to return at 11am, and our room was ready and the luggage inside, top service.

Everything was perfect.

Hotel was in excellent location,staff very helpful and friendly, (offered complementary drink on arrival,nice touch). Room was great size with everything you required. Mini fridge with water and coca cola complementary in room, coffee/tea maker with plenty of coffee and teas available. Fantastic walk in shower and plenty of pure white towels. Would definitely recommend this place and will return. We stayed in sister hotel across the road 20m from main hotel which had a beautiful old fashioned lift (not to be missed). Doors all security locked so felt really safe.

Be aware, you may be in a room not located in the lobby building. Make sure to mark down that address for GPS to find your way home at night (in the rain after drinking at wine bar🤪).

Room was large and well furnished. Bed and pillows were perfect. Great shower and bathroom. Very nice. Lobby was nice (but not at the room location— 50m down street). Greeted with Prosecco. Breakfast was A+. Great staff. Great location to bars and dining. Close to rental car location and cruise ship terminal — short walk.

We had a wonderful conversation at the front desk reception. He made us feel very welcome. This Boutique Hotel is designed with love for details and quality. Very clean, modern and quiet. After our welcome drink, we walked to our beautiful room. The hotel cares about their guests. Overall it was an exceptional experience from hotel design to human interaction with the receptionist. They made our memory of Trieste unforgettable. I can recommend this place.

What a cool a place. A joy of a revamped boutique hotel. Immaculately designed, really comfortable, sweet glass shower, espresso machine in the room... an experience, and affordable, very likely the best place in Trieste in that regard.

The taps turned on and off in the opposite direction to most taps and you had to be careful with the temperature as the hot tap in the sink and shower are both very hot. The small handheld shower was a bit wobbly on its mount.

This property was very unusual as the accommodation was situated in a different building in a different road than the reception. But it was very modern if not a little compact.

It’s a small thing but a mini fridge for a cold glass of wine or soda would have been great. No where to air towels outside the steamy shower (which we loved)

Very unique style, comfy bed, great shower and separate toilet. Host was very nice and pointed out some lovely things to do in Trieste. Uber cool elevator.

The room was a bit tiny. For one night stay it's okay, for longer could be a bit tight for a couple.

Very good location, easy to reach everything in the city, beautyful interiors and decorations, we had the room in the building 100 meters from main venue, with beautyful old lift. Really stylish and charming place. Very helpful and nice staff.

The room we got is not in the same building as the checkin, hence not super convenient when you have to bring luggages around. Upon checkout, they will charge you a separate tax even the room is already paid for. I don't think it's their fault but make sure you have money with you esp you don't stay in that building.

Beautiful and spacious room. Very quiet even it faces the street. Convenient location to walk around (and a great bakery nearby!). The decor is unique and feels luxury. The best part is the king size bed. Big and comfy. We slept really well.

Privacy was at a premium with a glass walled bathroom with limited screening.

Breakfast was presented in an innovative way on a tiered tray with an excellent selection of fresh produce. Location was excellent, close to the Grand Canal and waterfront. Room and facilities were furnished with great imagination and style, in respect of the Annex where we were staying in a suite. Very spacious room with access to a private courtyard.

Bathroom mirror could have brighter lighting. We should’ve asked for two cards so our devices could charge while we were out. But we understand wanting to save energy when people leave lights on.

Elegant, tasteful, comfortable. Beatifully decorated. delicious breakfast. Staff was great, especially Angela & Jasmine, but really everyone including cleaners.
