We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Costa Ricathe breakfast is awful, the food didn't have taste. the rooms have a clock that makes a awful lot of noise, we had to put it under a pillow because otherwise we wouldn't have been able to sleep

NetherlandsBecame very crowdy lately at breakfast due to buses of tourists stopping there and the fact that the breakfast room and organisation is too small for this. But this is not every day hopefully.
Very good value for money. Very kind and professional staff. Situated close from the metro with easy access to highway. I strongly recommend especially when on business trip to Thales that is walking distance 25mins - quiet and relaxing walk.

NetherlandsWhat I like before all at Hotel Frejus is the service and the kindness of the staff. Getting there several times, you will feel being considered more like family than as a simple customer. Last time I went there, I could have breakfast served at 4:00 in the morning because had to catch and early flight - you won't find this in many hotels. The rooms are simple, functional and very clean. The metro is not that far with quick access to the center. The breakfast is very good and offers a variety of choices. The room rates are always very attractive and so the value for money is very good. I recommend.

United StatesThe hotel is a 3-star hotel, but in reality it's more like a good 2-star. While the room itself was fine, the bathroom needed a renovation. The shower was broken and the sink faucet was clogged. They improved the situation even on a Sunday, but it wasn't really repaired.
As all the reviewers say, the staff is super nice and helpful. We stayed on the fourth floor, and the room was fine. Furniture was quite new, the mattress good, gray parquet floor, clean. The best thing about the location was the proximity to the metro station about 500 meters away; not having to move the car was one less worry. There's only one metro in Turin, so being close is good. But, as a woman, if I were walking alone to the hotel from the metro at night, I might feel a bit nervous. There just weren't that many people around, maybe because the weather was rainy and cold.

GermanyMy first room was very unclean and old. The flush of the toilet did not stop running, although someone from the staff tried to fix when I asked for help. As it was not fixable, they changed my room. New room was better: cleaner and not as old.

United KingdomCleanliness - you quickly realize there are areas in front of your eyes that haven't been cleaned for weeks. It's cheaper, but just a small margin from other hotels, and this just not justify all the filth. If you have an option - look elsewhere, spend few pennies more and enjoy quality service.
Budget hotel, so expect what you pay for. Mixed feelings, as there is plenty of free parking spaces around, and just 15 minutes via metro to city centre, but when the service stops at 21.30 you're 90-100 minutes walk from the hotel. It remoteness takes the toll when you're coming back at late hour. Spacious room, comfortable beds.

Romaniai forgot something at the hotel, i called them and i told them that i will come next day, they Said it’s Ok, they have it. Next day, after an ~300km detour I’ve arrived at the hotel, they said that they don’t have it. 🤬🤬🤬🤦♂️🤦♂️
