Bathroom door needs to be fixed. For a three nights stay for 2 people 2 rolls of toilet paper from the beginning would be nice. Would love a kettle, maybe in the hallway for the rooms to share.

Very friendly host who let us check in early and gave us nice recommendations. Clean room and although it was a small space it was quite comfortable. We felt safe and had a short walking distance to the sights. Air conditioning worked well and shower was very modern. Would definitely recommend!

The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, providing plenty of tips, and were on call for help with anything. The location was great as it was just outside of the very busy center but still close to all of the main sites. The room was very comfortable with good air conditioning.

The room was quite small and rather pricey but I'm guessing you pay for the area. PS: There is a photo on the Booking website with a room that seems to be a common area with a table, fridge, microwave and a washing machine, but it was not presented to us, nor to the others that checked in right after us - so we thought maybe it's part of another room? Anyway, it was an important factor when we booked here and we considered it would've explained the higher price per stay. Maybe we misinterpreted that photo as being a common area 😅

Really close to the Dome, restaurants and cafes. The host was nice and gave us a lot of great recommendations! He even shared a Google maps with pins marked to all of them. Cca. 25 min walk from the railway station The bathroom is really spacious. Everything was clean.

I would not mind to have big cups for tea and electric kettle. Also it would be nice to have some sugar, salt, maybe oil, that you can not buy in small portions for a 2-3 day stay.

Good strategic location to visit main city sights. Clean, new utensils, furniture. Very nice host who helps a lot with useful tips about the Florence. Bed is comfortable. Our accommodation was very quite.

The perfect location in the historic center, 20 minutes walk from Firenze S. M. Novella Train Station, you have everything you need within a 30-minute walk. The room is small but clean, the bed is comfortable. Very good price for location. I don't know how it is in the other rooms, but ours faced the street and was provided with a fan in the wall for air circulation and you could hear the noise from outside, basically it's almost like sleeping with the window open. For us it was not a real problem, after 20 km of daily walking we could sleep anywhere, but if you are a person with sensitive sleep, this aspect should be taken into account.

the location was excellent- we walked all around Florence with ease. The local shops and restaurants were a bonus. The Local markets were handy. Our host Simon was very helpful- gave us great tips to get around and where to eat. Nothing was a problem for him.

The room and bathroom were quite small, although it was all new, nicely decorated and very clean. The windows could have done with with a blind to keep the light out as the curtains were thin and people could see in from across the street.

The room is in a great location, very close to all the main tourist destinations. The staff were great very helpful with information about bars, restaurants etc and also events taking place in the city. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and it had what was needed for your visit.
