The Spa area was beautiful but a bit small. So it has the perfect size for a shorter stay but not a whole Welness holiday. Also the jacuzzi on the roof was a bit too cold in the end of October.

Staff was super friendly, the room very beautifully decorated and comfortable. There was a great bike garage and breakfast was very delicious. The hotel was very recently renovated so it all was very new and nice.

It is really nice place with beautiful rooms, very spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly. The location is great and the on-site swimming pool as well as the spa and jacuzzis on the rooftop are great.

I had too pay too much after two small dogs in one room. 2x2 kg 20€ / dog/ night. I suggest for that price keep at least dog’s bag at the reception. Not a big deal but appreciated.

You can still see signs of the renovation work going on. Some of it seems done hasty and it showed during the storm we had water pushing in through the glass window sealing into the room and forming a very big puddle which is a hazard if it happens at night and you don't realize it, you might get up and slip easily on the very slippery floor if it's wet.

the bed was superb, lovely quiet AC and in general very quiet place, super relaxing. One of the best lagoon views. Very modern, clearly recently renovated.

Breakfast was very good, very friendly staff. Selection of foods was very nice, the produce especially was of great quality. Tables were available at any time, they were clean and the vibe was calm.

The main entrance is not barrier free, the parking places are limited, during booking there was not noticed, that parking places need to book as well.

The aircon was not working properly in the room, it seemed that it can't cool down the room temprature but it is just working as a ventilator. After telling it to the staff, they tried to fix it but with no success, so we got another room. Parking is difficult not only close to the hotel but in the whole city, watch out for the different zones! We were lucky and found a space where we could park our car for 4 days for free.

The hotel is newly built, in a very good area, close to the beach and the city centre. The rooms are big enough, stylish, modern, and very quiet. The staff is helpful. The breakfast is OK, but nothing special. The jacuzzi on the roof terrace has a really nice view on the lagoon.

Second night air conditioning was not working, there was 29.4’C, it was just unbearable! We could not open the window because of forrest fire in Trieste. That was awful…Lot of mosquitos.

Brand new hotel, clean rooms, modern and well equipped. Amazing whirlpool on the roof with great view. You can make a reservation for underground parking. 200 metres from beach.

I was very confused when they charged me 50 euro extra for our little daughter, especially considering two things: 1) Our suite was the most expensive room in the hotel, designed for four people, 2) They did not provide any extra goodies for the little girl - no bathrobe, slippers, towels, pillows - nothing. It was a totally unfair and greedy act to charge that much in such situation and this is the only reason for lower rating

No parking space available. We had to park in the blue zone and had to solve a new ticket every day. Staff not really engaged to offer a solucion. You are obliged to register with you e-mail adress to use the wifi. Staff not willing to give you a password.

Lack of parking spaces - very small parking space for the number of rooms of the hotel. If you forget to ask for parking place, or you ask too late , you have to run through the streets to find a parking space! - We were in August when it was very crowded. The pool is a bit strange, a pool enclosed in a glass cube. The room's terrace is toward some buildings, it is not a pleasant view to want to stay on the terrace.

The hotel looks newly renovated, very clean, the space for breakfast very pleasant, being an open-air space, very comfortable bed and pillows and as result, a very good sleep quality

They did not tell us that the wildfire smoke had turned to Grado. The morning before the smoke in town was so strong they closed several beaches. The next day the smoke was a health hazard. Spa is extra and not clear. I don't think it is good value for money if it is not included.

The rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast was decent.
