The property is vast and beautiful . The air and surrounding is clean and serene . The rooms are very well layout with very well thought-out arrangements . Breakfast is excellent . Services from staff are second to none . It is near the train station but yet quiet and stash away .

Photos in the advert are not a good representation. It is a flat in a small building outside of the main property. Some maintenance is required to the flat we stayed at.

Convenient location to see Venice if you have a car. Not too far from the train station where you can park for free. Quiet location, spacious accommodation, good for a family of 4.

Lady at the front desk was quite tired. Navigating to the place was a little tough at first.

We loved everything about the hotel. It is very quiet and you are surrounded by nature. The breakfast was amazing, everyone was homemade. The interior was really warm, every little detail was on point. The bed was very comfortable. You wake up to birds singing. I will be back soon for sure!

Staff and meal in the high end restaurant were less than favorable. Service terrible. Food so so. Very disappointing. Especially bc of price. This restaurant needs attention in every way.

Quiet, away from the business of Venice. Rooms clean. Not super exciting but simple & clean. Breakfast room was amazing! So charming! Loved the animals. We loved the farm to table restaurant!!! Outstanding! Wine, food, service- Incredible. Charming and quality.

Not being able to book dinner or lunch on site due to bookings from people who are not guests of hotel. If you are hungry or thirsty you need to drive out of the propery to get something for you. But its not that big of issue ;)

Special place with loads of character and big focus on sustainability. Fanciful in all the right ways. Nice restaurant on site. We only stayed one night at end of a work trip - and it was the perfect tonic.

Only 16 km from Venice. Farm with horses and 2 Micheline Restaurants with affordable prices and impressive short, but Focused menu. Magnificient entrance. Absolutly relaxing atmosphere.

Our rooms were at the ground floor and it was slightly noisy in the morning when breakfast starts.

There were weird insects on the outside of the window of the room (although my husband said they were harmless, they creeped me out). Also, no signs or instructions by gate on the way out to let people know where to place the car to not obstruct the gate and/or how long to wait until door was opened so, we waited quite a while.

The city, the greenery, the rustic and romantic style of it all. We had beautiful sun rays coming through our window in the afternoon. The bed was super comfortable and the whole room was very spacious. The food at the smaller restaurant was delicious and they did not mind our tourist outfits but were helpful, cordial and friendly.

Amazing hotel located in a beautiful farm surrounded by sheep and horses. The beauty of the premise and the quietness of the place were exceptional! Beautiful pool and amazing dinner at the Osteria! Will definitely come back for a longer stay!

Everything was amazing.

The hotel was beautiful, the pictures are not half as good as in real life. We were staying there for our wedding and it was a dream. Our family enjoyed the hotel, breakfast and pool. The garden areas are divine. Daniele the manager was super helpful. We arranged to have a pizza party for a couple of family and friends and the service, decor, food and wine were exquisite.
