Dangerous area of Rome, we felt unsafe. They cut hot water and electricity for few hours, but I guess we werr just unlicky.

The bathroom was ok, even if it could use some refurbishment. There were some mould and moisture stains on the ceiling.

The stay in total was ok! Sam and the staff on site were very friendly and arranged for us to leave our luggage earlier, which was great! The appartment is a maisonette type with a second floor for the third bed. It is not possible to walk there, but it is functional enough, so no problem with that. All three beds were comfortable. All in all was good enough for a stop-over for one night.

Overall feeling of low to none apartment maintenance. Makeshift electrical installation. Appliances, walls, furniture well past its lifespan. Staff did a great job in cleaning but they can't magically refurbish a ran-down place. For a short stay OK, though. Good location.

The place smelt of onions. Also the bed was just a sofa bed I felt like I was in a hospital. Our door was just a sliding glass door which people could (and did) look into.

Check in was horrible. Kept bugging us for a check in time for many, many days in advance, and then, we had travel delays (travel is unpredictable). Had to wait an hour and a half or so for someone to let us into the building. (Owner/manager doesn't really account for lack of service to WhatsApp him. Many guests had problems, it seems.) All of the staff was very sweet and accommodating though. I just wish it was a bit easier. Bed was a pull out mattress that you kind of sunk into.

Room was large, clean, and had great A/C. Cleaning staff were absolutely amazing. Location is so convenient, close to central train station. Our room had a kitchen which was awesome.

They gave us a sofa bed for two with a very thin matress and not a double bed as the reservation specified. We had a horrible night sleeping there and that is why the day after we changed hotels as early as possible.

The building is quite nice and it is very near to Termini. The host was very easy with the check in and the bathroom was quite clean even when it's a shared one.

They should put on the description that they ask for your Passport picture, because they text you randomly from Whatsapp asking for it so you don't know who you are giving your personal details.

Please update this into your profile or send it by email as there are many scamps in Rome. Everything else is good. Good location and clean. Perhaps the bed should be bigger because for two people is a bit tight.

We were able to check-in late, personal was very kind and helped us with everything, we could leave our luggage in the accommodation after check-out.

1. since the "Reception" is not always occupied you had to call and announce the arrival (and it's not the number of the booking receipt) .... - but to be fair... once announced, it worked fine

I did not expect more of the room. Knowing about accomodation in Rome during Eastertime - and their horribly expensive prices, I was more than glad to find this Place (flat in a private house above a Pizzeria). 1. Room was very clean 2. Bathroom (to share) was clean as well 3. no Breakfast - that's ok for this price (we went to a nice Café) 4. very close to Termini and City attractions 5. possibility for cooking in the kitchen 6. since we were pretty tired in the evening, we had no problem sleeping - traffic/noise wasn't bad at all

Extra towels were added to our reservation even though we didn't ask and because shower was not working we couldn't even use them , so we paid 4 Euro for nothing
