We loved everything. A really special place and the perfect way to spend a special birthday. The staff were wonderful, the room beautiful and comfortable. We were looked after so well with every attention to detail. Above and beyond any expectations. Love love love. Can’t wait to return.

I loved the attention to detail, the turn down service and the warm, courteous and friendly staff. The lounge was beautiful to relax in and the breakfast delicious. The location was unbelievable and as a female on my own I felt really safe.

Everything was ok.. To stay one-two nights and enjoy Verona it is perfect. The location and ambience surrounding the hotel..

I mentioned to front desk as lovely and special as it is to be offered many extra bathroom amenities, in age of climate change it can and should be cut back. They also changed our sheets daily for a two night stay snd again as lovely and thoughtful as it was we advised it is unnecessary.

Staff is extraordinarily friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Attentive to every need. Very hard working. Loved ambiance though in a few public places was a bit too much. Loved the special touches, and parrots Romeo and Juliet. If want to be right in center of everything, no better place! Proximity to numerous Michelin started restaurants and many sidewalk cafes.

We loved everything.

This is a beautiful hotel filled with old-world charm. The rooms are very pretty and the beds are comfortable. The staff could not be kinder and helped us with dinner reservations and even a last-minute blow-dry appointment. The breakfast in the morning was spectacular, with delicious homemade made quiches, cakes, fresh fruit and eggs made to order. The cappuccino was the best I have ever tasted. I cannot say enough good things about the hotel and the lovely people who work in it. We had an absolutely delightful time.

Absolutely nothing (although if you arrive by car you need your wits about you to negotiate the narrow streets!).

Great location and a beautifully maintained property in the centre of Verona. Wonderful and charming staff who couldn’t do more for you - nothing was too much trouble! Excellent breakfast with an extensive selection of dishes. Our junior suite was large and very comfortable. Delightful, interesting and ‘quirky’ public rooms.

the lift was a bit small. Minor niggle.

The hotel was nicely located just round the corner from the main square. despite the crowds, sound insulation was great. In any case, the nights are quiet. the rooms are very well refurbished in keeping with the theme of the hotel ( older building) and the bed was wonderful. The breakfast was marvellous. It could be seen that care had been put into the items with thoughty. Loved the 2 birds in the Orangerie!
