Beautiful hotel in excellent location for beach and entertainment of restaurants and shops The staff made our holiday truely memorable Harold on the bar stands out as someone loving his job and Rossella in the entertainment are remarkable and go the extra mile to help make our holiday special The reception team so helpful and nothing too much trouble.They all helped us at some point,whether it's tips on buses to Venice or simply always service with a smile The room cleaned to high standard.Clean towels from room and pool daily Breakfast room and selection of food delicious and beautiful setting We used the bikes twice which was another high light of our holiday. Access to bike lanes and beautiful coast line which goes on for miles

I liked every thing about the hotel.The only thing that would have made it perfect was to have a room with a room facing the sea. Which was a option but i came in a group of friends and would have been to expensive to do so.

The staff were so lovely it was my birthday and my friends asked them to do me a cake.The cake and the staff were fabulous. The receptionist were so lovely and the staff in the dining room were lovely too.A very welcoming Hotel and would definitely go again and recommend to friends.

The missing options: - no hanger for towels/beach clothes on the balcony and - no laundry services (one has to wash own clothes or find a laundry in the city). Otherwise a small note (not positive/not negative): rooms are somewhat small if you share it with your kid, the only table cupboard is above the mini-fridge (very mini) which gets very hot (so you cannot actually store anything there). It's not possible to change your beach umbrella spot, as they are assigned to room. The umbrellas at the pool are bookable (strange..). The pool bar you can use with a special card (no cash/no room number). The SPA is only for payment (cannot visit any sauna for free, only booking time).

The hotel is freshly renovated, so very clean and modern. There're big bathrooms and plenty of space in the wardrobe. Beds are quite good, comfy and big. There's very nice view from nearly any room at the hotel. We also enjoyed breakfast, which was simple but with various choices, a lot of fresh products, including baked ones. The pool is sufficiently big and there're beach places assigned to every room. Hotel staff was very friendly and helped with parking. Rooms are very clean. Overall, we really liked our stay here, it was very relaxing and we can recommend it to our friends!

Advertised and booked as a 4* spa hotel but no spa.still being built. no apology or explanation at check in, certainly no discount for not receiving a service we had booked and paid for. hotel seems to cater for everyone else but English speaking. no info on check in from reception. information signs in Italian and German although if you seeked help from reception they were always helpful ie booking trips,taxis. As not given info at check in it took another Brit to tell us about pool toilets 7 days into stay, no signs or info on display, just a sign saying no swimwear inside hotel even though this was where the only toilets were that we knew of. showers were great but flooded the bathrooms every time used. we had 3 rooms, 2 of which flooded. reported to reception but nothing done…hence a lot of very wet towels but luckily no awful accidents! pool is tired looking and in need of an upgrade. some tiles on the bottom were loose or missing and the ridge tiling looking rather grubby. pool is deep. not much shallow end at all. I am an average adult and would say I could only stand in about 2ft from the steps at one end. no bars or grip around the pool so if you do not swim or are not an active swimmer and only want to dip in to cool off there is nothing to hold on to. there is a smaller children’s pool though. pool towels not provided by hotel which I was somewhat surprised about for a 4* just something to think about when it comes to luggage

location was perfect. beach just outside of hotel gates.rooms were very clean modern and comfortable. beds were big and comfy and rooms had good air conditioning. pool bar staff were jolly and friendly and helpful. the cleaning staff worked exceptionally hard all day always with a smile and a friendly greeting. continental breakfast was good, plentiful and the hot food cooked fresh.
