Has a “Seaside Hotel” feel to it, nothing to make it special for being on lake Garda, might be because the lake gives you a sea/ocean vibe. Nothing else really bad about it.

Nice room, great view, confortable bed, free parking, really great staff, very helpful and nice. The new pool area offers an awesome view of the lake, we didn’t have the posibility to try it out since we stayed for just one night, but the view from the pool was excelent.

The hotel really was clean and modern however it lacked simple things like coffee/tea/coffee cups for the kettle that was in the room. Unlike other hotels we stayed in there was no special surprise glass/bottle of champagne (it was our honeymoon) which would have been a nice touch. The junior suites were on the first floor and did have a view but were overlooking a busy road which made it noisy and we think a smaller room would have been better in both position and value. The staff were friendly but weren't able to help with information about buses and other tourist info. There was also a surprise city tax at the end of our stay which was not advertised on the site or mentioned in our reservation! Overall it was a nice stay but probably better for a family holiday rather than a romantic stay

The junior suite was on the first floor and did have a good view of the lake. Breakfast was very good although coffee wasn't the best. They had free bikes to use (but no helmets) which made it really easy to travel as we didn't have a car. The lake was across the road from the hotel which was good for swimming with beach umbrellas and loungers to borrow which helped on a hot pebble beach. The swimming pool was clean if a little small. Room was very modern and had a fantastic shower

Fantastic location with beautiful view on the Garda Lake, especially from rooms in the villa with terrace. Tasty breakfast and swimming-pool on the roof one of the best attributes. I sincerely recommend.

The electricity kept tripping, which caused me and my partner to be stuck in the lift. In the room we stayed in the first night, we couldn't turn off the emergency light, so a staff member had to sort this out. Then, on the second night, there was no cold water, which was a nightmare in 35 degrees heat. The staff member again came up and tried to fix the issues. However, we had to move rooms again as he couldn't fix the problem. This became highly frustrating as the issues were always at night when we just wanted to go to bed.

When issues did arise, the staff tried to sort them out where possible. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a range of different options available.

everyone was nice but food and property were certainly overpriced for the season the food test ok but could have been presented better for a 4 stars hotel.

Breakfast is a bit crowded and limited so if you are looking for exceptional quality of produce and variation and service, understand that this is a smallish family owned place. Same goes with dinner. And on that note we got the feeling that not all of the staff were fully onboard of this family endeavour. Small things but those do add up. So a bit to improve there. The rooftop sun and swimming pool area is quite secluded. It’s far away from services like reception and bar. And maybe due to that reason was almost unused during our stay. Same goes with the indoor pool & sauna area. The central swimming pool area is nice. The pools are bit smaller than the expression that you get from the pictures, but nice.

A superb room at Villa Remo. A big plus from bathroom and toilet being separate. We stayed at a deluxe room (if I remember correctly). In any case at the separate building on the ground floor with its own terrace. It is a bit funny that this building is accessed through a garage but that’s just a minor thing and if you are travelling by car might even be a good thing. Closely (a short walking distance, 15min) situated from Torri del Beneco.
