Beds weren’t super comfy but they were still ok

Location was excellent, the breakfast was great and had a lot of variety. Close to the train station and bus depot so can get to Portofino and cinque Terre relatively easy. Close to great restaurants

Location excellent, looking over the promenade. It's not a big hotel, but perfectly ok. Not cheap, but it's smack in the centre.

We went there during the hottest days of summer, the ac wasn't as strong as we would want to but still better than outside 38°.

The location is perfect. It is very close to the beach, has easy access to ferries, the train station, local bar and restaurants.

Rapallo is beautiful. Hotel has an A1 POSITION. Current building work in adjacent building annoying but unavoidable.

The rooms seemed kind of old and felt like they could use an update.

It was in the perfect location in Rapallo, you could walk straight across to the beach and restaurants. It also wasn’t too far from Portofino it was easily accessible by taxi which the hotel staff happily called for us.

The shutters on our window were broken so we couldn't shut out the street lights at night, but it wasn't a major issue.

Fantastic location, with views of the ocean and we were lucky enough to have a private balcony from our rooms. Great air conditioning in both rooms. Lovely breakfast.

Fantastic location, centre of Rapallo which was useful as we visited Portofino and other towns along the cove - right by the beach which was also ideal. Although no private parking - public parking was within 50 metres and all parking limitations were explained by receptionist. Breakfast buffet included was very nice with a variety of choices, as well as a freshly made coffee.

Unfortunately the air con in our room wasn't working so made it quite uncomfortable. The staff were so helpful and offered us a new room. The new room was awesome, but as we were now in an ocean view room it meant that we could hear more of the traffic outside at night. However, given Italy's heatwave we would take a working air con over no noise.

Our original room size was great and having a patio was amazing. There was no noise from outside at night. The staff were very accommodating. The location was perfect, could not have asked for better.

We were very happy... as mentioned above, the safe, the outdoor area, and the springy bed have room for improvement.

Terrific Location, right by the beach/esplanade and close to restaurants. Room was clean albeit old school. Bed was a little springy, but clean. Safe however did not lock and we requested a new one which was simply placed on top of old one not bolted down??? Parking is available right outside in the carpark for a reasonable price... however we learnt (after having our car towed) not to park there on Wednesdays as it is market day! We Stayed in 2 front facing rooms on level 1, one that also included an outdoor seating area. It would have been nice if this was clean/dust free though, and able to be used, as if it offered this as a loveley outdoor area, maybe with a couple of sun lounges etc... I would defintiely pay more for a room with this benefit. Breakfast was included and it a small buffet, but enough to choose from. We hired a boat and drove to 4-5 different locations towards portofino... highly recommended, and great swimming opportunities.

The female working at the front desk upon our arrival was rude, arrogant and unwelcoming to the point we considered not even staying. Luckily there was a lovely gentleman on in the afternoon who was polite, welcoming and extremely helpful.

The location was amazing. We had a beautiful balconette room with sea views. Easy walking distance to everything.

The room was advertised as a triple room with one double bed and one single bed however when we arrived the room had a double bed and a very small sofa.

The property is in an excellent location and close to restaurants as well as the train and bus station and also the ferry terminal for trips. The building and rooms are very clean and the staff and helpful. Plenty of good choices for breakfast.

Of all the hotels we stayed at during our 2 weeks in Italy, this was the only one that was a little dated and needed a bit of freshening up.

Great view of the town and ocean! Nice little breakfast. Good shower.
