The builders refurbishing the rooms above and woke us at 7am with drills and saws going. Couldn’t get milk and coffee for the room easily. Had to ask for it every day. The room overlooked a noisy main road.

Room superb with a very comfortable bed, the bathroom and shower excellent. Very quiet room for a city center hotel no noise and a restful sleep. Very central location, easy access to all attractions. Food excellent including breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Renovation works were undergoing on some floors and the lifts were under maintenance so a slight inconvenience but I imagine this will be fixed soon.

The hotel was going thru extended renovation therefor it was a lot of noise during the day, sometimes they start hammering as early as 7AM.

Really nothing. For what we were there for, it was ideal.

The location was great - a 3 minute walk and you can see the colosseum. The room was massive, and surrounded by restaurants, convenience shops etc. Metro station is about a 2 minute walk away. The staff were so helpful, especially the receptionist on duty on the morning on 5th April. My husband took not well and the staff member swiftly arrange for a doctor to come in and brought him up to the room. He made what was a pretty unpleasant experience a bit easier to deal with. Thanks to that staff member in particular! :)

The air conditioning did not cool the room. Would not like to visit during the summer unless the air conditioning is improved.

The first night i had a room on the side of the road and i found the noise pretty loud. It did not stop overnight, as the road seems to be busy all the time, so my sleep was not good in that room. The hotel kindly changed my room for the rest of the stay and i was at the back of the hotel which was just great.

The breakfast was great. The lady who made you freshly squeezed juices was fabulous, as were the juices that were really tasty and as you wanted them. A good selection of yoghurts, fresh fruit, and hot food too. The location was also great, and it did not take long at all to walk to the main sights of Rome.

Slow small lift but ok! And there was building work which started at 745! I understand improvement need to be made but it was a bit to early when you are on holiday!

Location was excellent! Easy check in/out! Helpful staff gave us a map and suggestion where to go! Very deep bath! (Which was needed after all the walking!

The hotel is located in an excellent location with a walking distance from many attractions, restaurants and 'must see' spots. The room was nice and quiet with comfortable bed. We also got a small balcony which was an excellent add-on for catching fresh air in the lovely mornings. There was a wide range of delicious food served during breakfast with options of freshly squeezed smoothies for everybody. The service was excellent and staff were very helpful and friendly.

Hotel really well placed, but not in the middle of the noise. Renovation are taking place at the moment. Breakfast was great, lots of delicious choices. Nice clean towels and room checked per day. Bed really comfortable..Behind the Hotel is a street with lots of restaurants! 200m from a metro station.

The hotel are passing by working/remodelations so sometimes it could get a little bit noisy in the morning, but it´s something that is pontual!

We definetely loved our stay at Palatino, the location its the best, near of metro and just in centre and near of the best things to see and explore. Breakfast is awesome as well, rooms are ok not the best and renewed furniture but really ok. Big thumps and thanks to Cristina from the Front Reception, as we had a minor noise problem with our room - 155 and Cristina took care of hit really immediately and prontly found us a solution, thank you Cristina once again from Roberto and Marisa room 155, hope to see you in future at Madeira Island! :) We recommend this hotel to guests who wants to explore the city and stay near of the main activities!
