The air conditioning is not so good. (I am comparing it to a hotel in Florence.) Bring you own USB hookups, there are none.

Good breakfast choices, fresh baked goods. Perfect for ancient Rome. Good food in the area... try Wanted. Go out to the right, go to the corner and turn right gomto the corner (diagonal from the church).

The location was perfect. A short walk to the coliseum. A ton of restaurants and cafes right behind the building. Perfect!

Facilities and decor in the rooms are a bit dated but that would not deter me from returning.

The location is excellent. You are close to enough to Romes main station ( termini ) that it’s walking distance if you wish or you can take the metro train a single stop. It’s also far enough away for the area to be free ( during our stay ) from undesirables. The distance to the Colosseo, Roman forums, parliament, in fact countless main attractions was excellent also. The staff were excellent also and we couldn’t really ask for anything extra in those regards during our visit. The facilities are also good albeit a little but dated but everything was in great working order and the housekeeping staff have high standards which reflect on the cleanliness of the rooms. The in house breakfast was great and the staff were so friendly and welcoming every morning and attentive to anything you may need. Would definitely stay again.

Lack of complementary water in the rooms, charging of alternative options for eggs - so scrambled and boiled was free and I had to pay an extra 5 UERO for my eggs to be fried

The staff was very helpful, allowed us to check in before time and on checkout - kept our bags The service was great all round - from the reception, the bar to the waiters and waitresses The location I great, central to a lot of tourists attractions, it was about 600 meters from the Collosium They had a variety of food for breakfast Service was overall excellent They have all types of pillows and when we asked for extra pillows - options were provided

Unfortunately, if you want to go to the gym, you need go to reception and have them organise another card for you to access the gym.

The room was a perfect size for my husband and I to stay for a few nights while we explored Rome. It is within walking distances if main attractions like the Colosseum, The Forum and Palatine Hill. However, if your planning on visiting the Vatican or Trastevere for dinner, get a taxi. Otherwise you will be stuck walking over 30-40mins. Breakfast again had great options and good quality. Taxis can be organised from the main desk and if you need any help finding all the good places to go to eat, speak to one of the wonderful desk staff and they will point you into the right direction.

Some staff at the breakfast were kinda confused and charged us more for the breakfast, but at the checkout it was figured out.

It’s super close to (right in between) Roma Termini and Colosseum, there’re lot’s of cool restaurants nearby, next to Cavour subway station. Staff was incredible and helped us many times.

Don't eat at the hotel's restaurant, expensive and not worth it. Small rooms but what can we do while in Rome small rooms are the standard.

Location of the hotel is amazing, in the heart of Rome, just 2 blocks away from the Colleseum, Termini station and all other main attractions, loved the stuff very welcoming and nice, Pablo (MI hermano even helped in other ways). The hotel's stuff helped and answered every question and request. Breakfast was very good. Aircondition in the rooms was exceptional (especially this hot time)

Hight of toilets and a little more variety on their menu would have been nice. More snack options.

Location, staff and cleanliness were excellent. Shower leaked but worked and for some reason the toilets were designed for giants as the were quite far off the ground. Other than that our stay was wonderful and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.

The hotel is all about the location, a walking distance from many tourist attractions such as colosseum and the trevi fountain, very close to the termini train station as well. The rooms are clean and not too small, many restaurants and cafes nearby.
