The best accommodation we have stayed in in the last few years! The apartments are clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need. The owners and all the staff were very friendly and helpful in case we needed anything extra. Breakfast was a wonderful start to the day. We will definitely be back. Kid friendly :)

The owners of the facility were very helpful and hospitable. Well-furnished apartments, convenient parking and all amenities provided, including free bicycles for moving around the city, a bicycle repair station, and a pressure washer to wash bicycles after a trip to the mountains. We will definitely come back here. Very good breakfasts, too:)

We liked everything.

The appartment was very comfortable, nice, modern and clean. The family owners were very kind. The terrace was big, with nice view to garden and away from traffic road. Breakfast was delicious. We could take bicycles any time we wanted to go to the centre. Parking place is in the garage. We got tea bags and cookies in the room every day.

Very comfortable accommodation a little bit outside the city center. Well equipped and amazing breakfasts. Helpul and kind owners - thank you! And free city bikes were there.

Breakfast leaned towards the 'pastry' side. While there were plenty of delightful cakes for those with a sweet tooth, it would have been appreciated to see more variations in the traditional brunch offerings. Additionally, a minimum temperature on the AC of 24°C can feel quite warm for those of us accustomed to cooler northern climates

The complimentary bike service provided by the hotel gave an easy and fast access to the center of Riva. The room was of a high-quality standard, and the staff were helpful and welcoming. Moreover, the thoughtful provision of a morning newspaper detailing the day's events in the area added a fun and informative touch to our stay

Superb accommodation with a free parking and lovely hosts! Spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable room and bathroom. Everything is modern and super clean. Excellent breakfast with a Mountain View. Highly recommended!!

Breakfast was great, Hugh selection of freshly baked cakes\Croissants, Fresh coffee and amazing scenic. Very welcoming Family that helps with any issue and questions will probably go back there :-)

Only good things to say. Great location, great vibe, friendly and helpful staff, comfy beds, lovely breakfast, decent space in the room (it came with a big terrace and a great mountain view). There is an underground parking and there was always enough place for our car. We had a great 3 night stay.

Very clean and comfortable room for a family. Hosts super friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. Close to riva del garda central attractions and a short drive to the amazing lake Tenno. Highly recommended!!
