There was a tour bus checking I. When we arrived and waited for more than an hour on li e to be able to check in. They should schedule properly for a group arrival like that and have a separate desk for individual arrivals

The walls are so thin that you can hear the room beside you very well. There was a party going on till late evening, which I understand is a hotel and a business that have to run, but as I said previously, the wall are too thin that the noise comes. Staff are a bit on the natural side, but I do understand as it's a lot of load on them but I am a paying guess so I expect a good service. Breakfast was very disappointing with very limited selection.

The location of the hotel is really great for me.

The wifi in the room not good, very weak signal; in the public area’s it is good. A gaming neighbour in the room above us was our bad luck at six in the morning.

Breakfast perfect, location good, rooms clean and comfortable, busstop to Bologna Centre in front of the hotel.

Huge problems with the locks of doors. Every evening when we came back to the hotel after difficult working days, we had to dedicate 1 hour to call the maintenance and fix the problems. One of the rooms we rented remained open for whole days because the lock's battery discharged . In addition, we had to change the rooms 2 times, and to move all the luggage... It definitely cannot be called a Business hotel. Finally, the gym did not work... After all of the hotel effects and disturbs made for us, the hotel refused to make any kind of discount.

The hotel building and the position is quite good, the restaurant and breakfast were good.

We have mixed feelings about this place. The staff at the reception is nice and welcoming. The staff in the breakfast room are not happy at all if you ask them for a coffee (maybe they just had a bad day, it happens). We found a dried blood stain on our bedsheets. The staff offered to change our room or change the bedsheets (nice of them). However, two nights out two there were moaning and loud screams from someone clearly having intercourse in adjacent rooms. If you mix together the bedsheets, the moaning, and the fact that in the lobby there is an ATM machine for easy access to cash money (in the middle of the night?), overall we felt uncomfortable.

Everything…a very old dirty hotel, the rooms are unpleasant. Not decorated, terrible design. The restaurant is just disgusting. Service is extremely poor throughout. Photos do not correspond to reality. The price for this level of hotel is very high. Nobody would come here.

The Receptionist was very kind.

Uncomfortable pillows. The sofa looked like it was in a war. Bathroom stuff: shampoo and shower gel were missing, we had to ask for it. It is a bit far from Bologna city center but the location is green and by car it was easy.

We had a good size room, the bed was as big as we needed as our son sleeps with us and the matress was ok. The breakfast was also ok. It had a little bit of everything. For a more than 150 euro per night stay I found ridiculous to have to pay for an omlette,a fried egg or for a runny boiled egg but well... Parking ok.

The lack of cleanliness, even after changing the first room.

The very good breakfast, the good location, the safe and easy parking. The really big improvement of the service from the second day.

I suggest to have a look and check the Room before the guest arrives. The moquete is old fashioned.

The parking is very spacious. The suite is fine and the Breakfast is very complete. The hotel complex looks like an American’s Hotels, very nice.

I got upgraded to a Suite but it was not so comfortable. Such big apartment was not thoroughly clean and the walls and furniture were not in good condition: looked more like an emergency accommodation where to place customers when the other rooms are full. WiFi quite slow. Long way to move around the hotel since it's on one floor. Far from nearest bus station: recommended to arrive by own car or taxi. Very slow service at breakfast: I had to eat on a dirty table since there were no prepared tables and had to ask for a coffee twice.

Good for business travel. Quite clean and in good conditions.
