You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

New ZealandHotel is isolated. The room was worn/damaged in places. On reception, the staff seemed to be hurriedly ‘going through the process’ rather than being welcoming whilst doing so. Expensive for what it was. Very small supply of tea and coffee in the room. When I went to reception and asked for more English breakfast/plain black tea bags (as there was only one in the room), I was sent to the bar where I was offered only one more. I booked this hotel as we were going to be arriving to Rome late at night and I was dubious about arriving to the centre of Rome and how dangerous that may be. Now that I have been to Rome, I would have no problem going into the centre late a night.

United StatesThe shuttle is not set up for luggage. there are no luggage racks. It is difficult with wheels on suitcases to keep them from falling over or moving across the bus when the bus takes a turn. The bus is really a city bus that also picks up and drops off airline personnel; not really an airport hotel shuttle.
Airport shuttle was convenient; running 24 hours per day every 15 minutes.

PolandI expected the hotel to be closer to the airport, it took a while before we got there. Also, due to renovation, the bus stopped a little far from the entrance. The breakfast was ok, but I expected something more.

United StatesWe encountered some very gross issues with our room. One of the glasses had this clear sticky fluid in it. Disgusting. The kettle to make hot water for coffee had some kind of residue in it like it had not been cleaned out in a while.
Very easy access to and from the airport. Taking the free shuttle is easy. Good breakfast.
