Breakfast was very basic, but this is typical for Italy and at least they had the ham sandwich components available instead of just sweet croissants.

Good location near tram stop. Host is nice and helpful. Room was reasonably big and bed was comfortable. My room was located on the ground floor, so if anyone has problem with stairs/elevators/heights, then they may have an option for you. There was nice parking lot in front of the hotel, so car owners should be also happy.

Comfortable and clean room. Friendly staff. The location was good for me as I was visiting that part of town but it's a bit far from the city centre.

Perhaps the ensuite could be renovated in particular the door frame where cladding was coming off - otherwise very clean and working well.

Very nice selection and options for breakfast - freshly heated croissants, fresh apple, soft & hard cheese with ham and toast. Freshly brewed tea and coffee from attendant/receptionist. The ambience was nice with long narrow windows looking out onto sweetly scented garden with apricot tree.

The bathroom was really too small. In breakfast , the choices to eat were too limited.

Poor breakfasts- no any hot dishes (dried eggs etc.), when we asked about having a coffee on the day we leave befote definite breakfast time, we received decline, taking into account that it is paid for the last breakfast, when we stay. In normal hotels in other countries personnel was polite in same situations and offered to take the breakfast off on day we leave. It is so noisy in the room because of traffic. Conditioning only for additional payment.

In comparison with other hotels, the price is acceptable for 3-nights stay. Hotel personnel gave some advices in order to make our trip more convenient.

The staff is very friendly. It is close to Bocconi University. There are insect nets on the windows. It is quiet and the beds are very comfortable.

We were guests on a very hot day and in the corridors of the hotel, in the room ... everywhere was more than warm even at night. The bathroom door is a fake, like an accordion, not a real, normal door.

I chose the hotel because there is a parking lot and it is not far from the center. The room was small but the bed was comfortable. Тhe good thing about breakfast is the Italian espresso. :-)

It was like an Indian horror story the first night. Before we arrived I called and the man whom I spoke with told us that is totally ok to check in early. Imagine the surprise when we arrived at the "hotel" (which is kind of a forlorn motel from the 18+ movies) and the receptionist literally kicked us out and we were told to check in at 14 and not a minute earlier. And they were very noisy. I can only imagine what they were doing. And forget about someone who understands english. Maybe italian but I'm also not so sure about that. And not to be a racist but you could try hindi. Definitely ruined our trip. About the breakfast We weren't so brave to try it.

It is a very old building, not well repaired, was a step to access the bathroom for example. The cleanliness wasn't good, you could see dirt in the corners and button of the toilet. The guest next to us stayed "talking" screaming until 3am what made sleep difficult and the hotel did nothing, even if this was close to the reception.

I like the location, was close to the city and allowed us go to some places by walk.
