Location is excellent! Views from restaurant terrace are incredible, and so was the food and service.

A bit hard to get to and required some strenuous walking with luggage to the hotel. We arrived by tour bus. The rooms were adequate but could stand some updating.

The hotel is located in the lovely village of Frosinone and would be an excellent location to explore the village and areas around. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

The staff are nice and professional. The location is right at the center, near the church, post office and shops. Stunning view from the hotel. Room we had was spacious, perfect for a small family. Very good dinner.

Do not stay here if you have trouble with stairs. The hotel seems to be built on the side of a cliff and there are many quite steep stairs and no lift.

Love the ambience and charm. Outstanding view. Rooms are clean, furniture is old. Everything worked. Restaurant was very good for dinner and breakfast.

Room wasn't clean, there was someone takeaway in the fridge! Breakfast was very sweet. Asked for my eggs and got told no. Eggs boiled the night before so not very appetising

The rooftop room isn't warm enough and have no windows. And instead, have friendly staff they don't give receipts or bill details or have a menu with prices. So basically you can order a couple drinks and pay a hundred bucks or wherever they say.

The restaurant has a beautiful view of the city, it has a lovely atmosphere, great breakfast and delicious meals. It is a romantic place

The extra bed we requested was not there when we arrived. The staff were very good and put one in straight away but there was no duvet or blankets, only sheets. There were no gluten free options for breakfast.

The location in the old part of town was lovely. Pleasant for walking. The hotel and restaurant are traditional and the balcony restaurant has a great view over the town. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed drinks and bruschetta in the bar after a walk. Enjoyed stay and would return.

We were just stopping for the night as a drive through but it’s a shame as the location was begging to be explored! We arrived very late 10pm and hadn’t eaten all day, the restaurant was about to close but the staff set a table for us and waited while we parked the car and checked in. the food and wine were both delicious! Staff were all super friendly and happy to see us.

In my opinion this is by no means 4 star hotel. The infrastructure of the hotel looked like it still remembered the 90'. Some elements in the bathroom were taped together with a scotch tape. No coffee in the room. Very weak wifi.

When we came back in the evening at about 11.30 the hotel was closed and nobody could enter, because the concierge has gone to the railway station to pick up someone. I have understood that this is a habit (it happens some days per month) but no one told us before going out, so we had to wait about 30 minutes out of the hotel

Breakfast costs 5€/person also for children and I think it is a little too expensive….though it’s fairy good, with homemade cakes too. The location is smart and quiet and the beds comfortable.
